Good Milkshakes 3/27/2006

The price is moderate and the burgers are huge! I really feel like one burger is pretty much like the next, but what sets Barney’s apart for me are their milkshakes. Go for the Turkish Coffee Milkshake. It is delicious, with ground up coffee beans for authenticity’s sake. If you are sensitive to caffeine like me, you might want to hold off on the coffee milkshakes for dinner, they will keep you up all night. more

A wide variety of well made burgers and sides 8/9/2005

Barney's Gourmet Burgers, located within walking distance of the Rockridge BART station, serves up a menu of tempting hamburgers. But most are not your standard fare. My favorite is the French burger, served on a fresh baguette with bacon and crumbled blue cheese. Order a basket of curly fries or fried veggies to go with your burger. If burger's aren't your style, try their salads or sandwiches. There's sure to be something on the menu for everyone. more

If you want the best hamburger you have ever tasted, go to Barneys! They have a huge variety of typed of burgers, from a southwest burger to a chili and cheese burger. The onion rings are beer battered, and the fries are great too. And for the perfect compliment to your meal, their milkshakes are out of this world. The best part of all? The prices are really good! Family of 3 for under 20 bucks!! more

Barney's is a Value-Priced, great dinner 7/1/2005

If you want amazing on a budget go to Barney’s Gourmet Burger. Your first choice is whether you want a beef, turkey or veggie burger or chicken breast with a baguette or bun. Next, figure out what you’re in the mood for: swiss and avocado, spinach and feta, blue cheese and grilled onions (my favorite!) or maybe just pickles and lettuce. The fries and shakes are to die for and you can get a meal for two for under $20. more
