I've been going here for years, and it never cease to amaze me how rude some people can be. The manager at this Barnes & Noble is very rude to both customers and employees alike. He was more concerned with the placement of his new displays than with any of the people in the store. Roll your eyes on your own time buddy! He could use a 101 course in customer service. Get your books online and buy your coffee at Starbucks, and spend your money in a business that knows how to be courteous to customers.
