Barnes & Noble Booksellers

The store is extremely clean and organized, my daughter and I love going here as well as school activities that are held at this location, however, the staff struck me this evening. I understand Valentines Day is approaching but allowing sex books to be displayed at the registers and on aisle ends is unacceptable. I confronted the manager with this and he stated it's no big deal. This is a significant reason as to why our society is the way it is today. IT IS A BIG DEAL! For this kid friendly store to expose these explicit content books in open areas opposed to the adult sections is insanity. I would recommend not going back if you have children accompanying you until after the Valentines holiday and these books are removed. Businesses like this need to stop thinking solely about money and consider our children. As far as the manager goes, I will be going over his head with a complaint upon posting this review. more

What could be better then to relax with your favorite beverage and a good read. Whether it is a book or magazine this store has it all. If they don't they will order it for you. I like the atmosphere usually. It can be quite hectic on friday night and saturdays. I usually go during the week. Don't forget to puruse the journals for you diary people. Great selection ok prices. more

Barnes and Noble is a wonderful place to come to if you just want to unwind. Most Barnes and Nobles have Starbucks right inside, so you can grab a coffee. It is great because most have really comfortable chairs to relax in. You can grab a few magazines, books, etc. It is easy to look up and realize you spent a few hours there even though it feels like a short period of time. more

I enjoy going to Barnes & Noble and looking around in all of the different areas of the store. My favorite area is the bargain books section because you can find some awesome books in that area for a very low price. I have even had an employee show me a book that was in the bargain's area that was exactly like the higher priced book that I had pulled off of the regular shelf. To me that is top notch customer service. more
