I brought my bichon in for a show cut which they advised me they could do. When finished, the dog was unidentifiable as a bichon; my daughter cried. His legs were tappered -rather than tubed as required by standard. His ears were strongly defined instead of blended in with his head and disguised. Just poor cutting. The worst part was his toenails were cut to the quick, with signs of bleeding -how painful for my dog! Also, his privates were nicked and no one informed me of it. When I called Minerva -the owner- to express my dissatisfaction, she told me that I simply didn't know what I was talking about and that she had seen him before he left, and she said he was ""cut perfect"". Then hung up on me. She would not accept repeated callbacks. What a way to run a business!\r
