Best Barbecue in Town!!! 1/27/2009

Price's Barbecue House is one of my favorite places to eat. It is located on South College Street near Auburn University campus. They have the best potato salad I've ever had. All of their side items are homemade. They also serve breakfast and have the best pancakes and biscuits. The service is very friendly. This is a local hot-spot for both students and locals alike, so they stay pretty busy, especially during the day, but it is definitely worth it! They have been owned by the same people for many years. I've never had a bad experience there. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. more

Best Barbecue in Town!!! 1/27/2009

Price's Barbecue House is one of my favorite places in town to eat. I have never tried anything there that I didn't like. They have the best potato salad I have ever had ---- it is homemade along with the rest of their side items. They have homemade desserts that are really good, too. This is a hot spot for both Auburn students and locals alike, so it is often very crowded, especially during the day, but its worth the wait! Their breakfast is the best!! Definitely worth a visit! You will not be disappointed!!!! more

The Barbecue House 4/14/2006

Barbecue House is my favorite Barbecue place in Auburn. They have the best potato salad I have ever had, it's made with more mustard than mayonnaise. Also, they trim more fat off of their pork than most, making it healthier. The Barbecue House is owned by a sweet older couple. It is a family owned business that only hires the most devoted and business-like employees. My only problem with Barbecue House is that it seems to close for no reason. There have been several times that I planned to eat there but it was closed with no explanation. more

Good BBQ; Excellent Catering 3/31/2006

The BBQ house is very conveniently located on S College. It is often crowded and the food is good--not the best ever but consistently good. Breakfast is a popular meal here. Prices are very reasonable. The catering is just fabulous! They are always friendly and helpful, and even more so at catered events. more

It is very close to Auburn main campus. There is a small pig stature in the front of the Barbeque House. So many students and faculty eat there. I like their pork cooked with delicious sauce. They always participated in schools activities. Their service is good. And the owner is a nice person. Auburn University is surrounded by all kinds of restaurants. This one you should have a look. more

BBQ also near campus 7/19/2005

Decent BBQ spot located near the intersection of Samford and College, so it's a convenient walk from some areas of campus. Parking is adequate. The food is tolerable, it wasn't anything special, and ranks third on my list of the best BBQ places in town. The side orders weren't tasty, specifically the cole slaw and potato salad. They messed up our order but immediately fixed it, which we appreciated. The employees were polite. The interior is clean. more
