I am a hair stylist and I have been ordering hair from Baraka for over a year now. I have liked the hair ok, but have always been treated with terrible customer service... ex: not ordering hair when they say they will, getting hair to me 3 weeks after it was supposed to arrive- which resulted in me having to reschedule my clients 2- 3 times, prices not consistant, one time I was told they close at 7 so I drove to salt lake only to find out that they had actually closed at 5 on weekends (I called the other day to confirn that they were open til 7 weekdays and the lady said, ""no, 6"".. do you know your own hours???). I put up with it because of a lack of other hair extentions suppliers in utah.
