I come here quite frequently and have to say that my favorite dish is the Beef Tendon soup hands down! It can be ordered spicy, but I love it mild....

Banana Bay Restaurant 3/21/2006

Located in the heart of Diamond Plaza, Banana Bay has the atmosphere and the location. I was not as pleased with the food itself though, I found it rather bland. The food there tastes more Thai than Chinese so it was not what I was looking for. However, Thai food enthusiasts may beg to differ with my opinion. The service was good though. more

Cheap dinner 8/17/2005

Banana Bay has very affordable meals that don't lack on taste. The restaurant is large and can hold many people, although the service is lacking at some times. You're bound to try something new everything you go, the menu is large enough. The atmosphere is kind of trendy and there is a full bar. There are usually TVs on with something to watch such as a sports game. Parking can become a problem on busy nights, but usually there is ample parking. more

Thai Delight 8/5/2005

If your looking for delicious thai food with big portions the best place to go in rowland heights, walnut, diamond bar, and hacienda heights is Banana Bay. Since the restaurant closes at 1 or 2 am many young people gather around there to kick back, drink beers, and eat. They also have a live band there every friday night. I recommend the continental fried rice, fried tofu, and for dessert the friend banana a la mode. Banana Bay saved us from many nights of bordem! more
