Please read one star reviews they are accurate. The sevice is bad and the manager does not care about his customers. For example, they burned my wifes chicken parmesan and she asked for a refund for half off. The waiter tried to defend thats how they make it and said,"" I offered to recook it!"" i also asked to sit in nonsmoking and they sat us next to patio and he reassured me that people cannot smoke on the patio. It was only one min. the enitre paito was smoking and i had to breath in the smoke including my two children. Horrible place for family and food is only one star along with the rude sevice. Its a matter of time until i see this resturant on kitchen nightmares. I travel a lot and this has to be the worst resturant i have ever encounterd. Please BEWARE! more

Personable and friendly staff, including an owner/chef who frequents the dining room to ask you how you're enjoying your food. We've gone back again and again. We're spoiled living in St. Louis with the great Italian restaurants on The Hill, but this is truly ""a taste of the Hill"" as their sign says. My wife's family is ""from the Hill italian"" and this is about her favorite restaurant. I have to comment on the negative reviews - especially the one alleging that the pasta is frozen. I can say that in the dozens of times we've eaten there this has NEVER been the case. In fact, if you sit in the non-smoking area you can see right into the kitchen and see that dishes are made from scratch. We find the prices to be moderate ($6-9 for a pasta dish, $12-15 for entrees, which include salad & side) and most pastas are half-price on Tuesday nights, so if price is a big consideration, give that a try. Can't imagine you'll be disappointed. more

This has got to be the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. The service was lousy, it took forever to get my food, and then it was wayyyyy over priced. DO NOT EAT THERE. YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY! more

My family and I went there and got lousy service, horrible inedible food, and then the manager was rude and refused to take off the FROZEN pasta dish. He hadn't even heated it properly. When I refused to pay for it, because it was FROZEN, he threatened to call the cops! I paid the ticket, but I will never eat there again, and I do not recommend them. The waiter did his best, but the manager needs to grow up and learn that his customers are what keeps him in business! IT WAS HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY GOES THERE! more

I just ate at the restaurant. Its July 14 2010. The food was good, but that was it. We were in a party of 5. No one ordered appetizers, and it took almost 1 1/2 hours to eat. The temperature outside was 98. I think it might have been better to sit outside than sitting inside. Its was so hot inside it was miserable. If we ate outside we would have least got a breeze. Our drinks were sweating so bad their were puddles of water all over the table. My wife goes their sometimes for lunch and she says it takes an hour to get a salad. I will not be going back! Even though the food was good, their are other places to eat. I did not enjoy eating their. Pros: good food Cons: service was terrible, too hot to eat more

My husband and I have been going to Bambino's since it opened. We love it. It saves us from going into the city to the Hill. The staff are friendly and treat you as an individual. The food is always good. My daughter's are grown and out of our home and when they are in town;they want to go there for their awesome wings. Pros: Good ingrediants more

Bambino's Italian Resturant in Arnold turned out to be the perfect Venue for our small Wedding Reception. Pros: Wonderful Food - Superb Service more

Servers seemed overwhelmed. There was no host on duty on a Friday night dinner rush. No manager seemed present, however the chef did make it out of the kitchen to bus some tables. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. MY FRIENDS AND I WERE ASSAULTED BY THE OWNER, HIS SON AND THE WORKERS. THE POLICE MADE US LEAVE OUR VEHICLES ON THEIR PARKING LOT AND WHEN WE RETURNED AT MIDNIGHT TO RETRIEVE THEM THERE WAS OVER $3000.00 WORTH OF DAMAGE DONE TO MY SUV AND A GENERATOR WAS STOLEN FROM OUR WORK TRUCK. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOING THERE TO ANYONE. more

Bambino's is a little known restaurant in Arnold, Missouri. Little known to those not in Jefferson County. The atmosphere is very family oriented. The meals are reasonably price with oversized portions. If you walk away hungry, it is your own fault. Pastas range $7.50 to $11.50 (for Tutto Mare, one of my favorites). Entrees start at $10.50, with steaks, chicken and veal. Wonderful appetizers. Nightly specials. Must try for yourself. more
