The gym itself is pretty decent, and the staff and trainers are nice, but they drastically cut down their childcare hours right in the middle of my contract. The morning hours were cut from 6 to 2 hours and that sucks. They also keep the upstairs like, 140 degrees. So, who cares how nice the facilities are if I only have a 2 hour window to work out and I have to risk heat stroke. more

If you are a wrestler or a boxer and need to make weight, this is a great place to jump on the treadmill and get your sweat on and lose all kinds of 'water' weight. I asked if the AC could be turned on because I could tell the difference after about 15-20 minutes on treadmill and was told, ""There is no way, not at this time, my maintenance guy just left."" I have had a similar problem at Bally's on Colorado Boulevard (where I was told ""The AC is down but it should be back up tommorow""), so I assume it is a way that Bally's saves money at your expense. It is not me either because I had no problem with this at the Denver Athletic Club, or 24 Hour Fitness when I was a member in the past (wish I still was).
