Don't be fooled by previous reviews. They all are 4-5 years old. Conditions in this place deteriorated since November 2008. Lot of management changes, and the worst one is in charge right now. Gym area, lockers and wet areas are extremely dirty. Equipments malfunction very often. You are very lucky if you can find a shower with shower head, curtain and soap(particularly in mens), and this is going on for years, not months. Spa and the swimming pool is full of hair, band-aid, mold and other foreign objects, because suction holes that filter the surface of the water never works. They claim that if they turn them on it leaks, and then become an environmental issue. !!!!!! If you try to address any issue to a manager all you will hear is "thank you for your patience" Dare to try to get in touch with senior management level or the hot-line, all you'll get is BIG NOTHING. This place has become a mad club instead of health club.
