I went into Ballew on Poplar a few weeks ago, and I will not revisit. I walked into the store and no one acknowledged me. And, I know the 2 ladies standing behind the counter saw me and heard me [the door chimes when the door opens]. I walked to the wedding dress section and looked through the selection of dresses. Still, no one acknowledged me. Two separate women walked in, and were immediately acknowleged, and asked if they needed help. That's when I knew what the deal was. So, instead of trying on any dresses, that I was prepared to pay for in the event I did find my wedding dress, I just wrote down the dresses I liked and their style numbers. As I was leaving , for the first time someone asked " Did you need any help?". I replied "No, thanks" and left. [Of course, I would need help in a bridal shop, I'm a bride.] Maybe someone else may have had and will have a better experience than I did. But, if someone were to ask me if she should go there, I would say no.
