DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!\r \r This was by far the WORST experience ever searching for a new car for my daughter! Long story, but I do not want to miss anything. It started off with the salesman Joseph not return calls regarding online inventory after I emailed all my personal info and filling out online finance application. I had to call him three different times only to be told he was busy with customers and forgot to return my calls. (I was a potential customer as well…DUH) Then I called to complain to manager TJ and he left me on hold FOREVER! Called back and he said he was busy. \r \r Called the next day and I complained to Anthony, finance manager, that my info had been ran to multiple banks for approval and I never even had a salesman to help me. He apologized and said that wasn’t true and he would personally take care of me. Told him I was dealing with another dealership and would like to compare prices. I said he understood and to come by on Saturday. \r \r I went by dealership on Saturday at 1:00pm but Anthony was busy. I met salesman Corey and asked if he could show me vehicle while I wait for Anthony. He was very playful, cheery, and telling me he is new from Louisiana. He really sold me on a car for my daughter. After waiting a few hours, I told them I will leave and come back with my daughter. Came back at 5:00pm and they still did not have time. My daughter and I walked the lot looking at cars and I motioned for Corey to come show me car. He shook his head no. When we walked back to the building, I asked why he didn’t come so he could get stock #. He told me he was not walking back out there. By this time I am fuming! I had to ask for my daughter’s key for her trade in car several times. I finally got the keys back and said I was going to other dealership. Said goodbye and Corey just looked at me without saying a word. I looked back in front of everyone and asked why he didn’t even have the common courtesy to say goodbye. He said goodbye with a frown.\r \r As I was driving off, Damarcus came out to stop me and gave me numbers for car for my daughter and finance rate. I told him I am going to other dealership to see what they can do, but if I came back, Corey is not to get the sale! He was rude and very unprofessional. I am in sales and would never treat a customer like he did. I am a big stickler about customer service. Damarcus apologized profusely for Corey’s behavior and said he would take care of me if I came back.\r \r Well, after my HORRIBLE experience, Fernando and Benjamin over at Sterling McCall Nissan made everything better! I purchased my daughter a 2013 Versa SL! Top of the line model! The payments are where I needed them to be and everyone over there were so professional. Got top dollar for my trade in too. All the other salesmen congratulated us on my new purchase and shook our hands. It was the most wonderful experience! Last week I went to Baker Nissan to help my friend buy a new Nissan Roque as she is not comfortable negotiating a new car. She had purchased a Pathfinder 14 years ago and had it serviced at Baker Nissan for all these years. When we arrived we asked for a sale manager and met with Josh Alderete. We told hime exactly what we wanted and he had the vehicle on his lot. We came back a couple of days later to take delivery of the vehicle and everything was fast and smooth in financing. The sales manager had one of his sale people named Ashley Reeder go over all the features of the car so my friend would be comfortable driving her new Rogue. The whole new car buying experience was excellent. We received the best customer service and we highly recommended this Nissan dealership. more

Chris was the first to respond and quoted me a very good deal on the hot selling Nissan Juke SL; consequently, he got our business. more

Best car dealership in ALL of Houston 5/13/2012

I rated Baker Jackson Nissan five stars because these guys went BEYOND the means of excellent customer service. I was in a very sticky situation being left with two car notes and these guys (regardless of such high equity in one of the two cars) got me into a brand-new 2012 Nissan Maxima with much more manageable payments. I'm grateful because I feel that Mr. Ed Jackson really took the time to look at my situation, and did whatever he had to do to help me out. Great customer service, I highly advise anyone and everyone to stop by and pay Mr. Jackson a visit (as well as Rudy Hinojosa, if you in need of parts or help with anything in general) when you're looking at getting a new or used Nissan. Keep up the good work, guys! more

Ron Haley has been assisting our family with purchasing Nissans for over 12 years. Our family has purchased over 15 vehicles throught the years and he has ALWAYS gone Above and Beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. I purchased a car on 9/30/2011 as is under the pretense that the car was under factory warranty. There is no factory warranty on this car. There were several problems that I made the company aware of. The breaks have gone bad, and I am told that something wrong with the motor. Jeff Cole told me on today that there is nothing Baker Nissan is willing to do to fix any of my car issues. more

I was just about to go back to this Nissan dealer and I read these comments. The salesmen C J was a very honest person, not pushy and I really wanted to give him his commission. The truck I wanted was sold before I came back the second time. I myself wasn't pleased with the last visit. I stop in to see him again, he wasn't there, the next salesman I met was not so pleasing. So, I guess when buying vehicles we have to take our chances. I am kind of glad I didn't buy the truck after hearing your service department comments. You cannot tolerate bad service... that part of the sale keeps you a residual customer. more

Service Sucks 11/13/2009

I brought my vehicle to this dealership 4 times for the same issue. My problem with that is that I paid the service twice because evidently they failed to diagnose my issue correctly the first time. So what they say is oh it was this last time and now its this - the same light came on -did i mention it was only two weeks between each visit. then to top it off if you need a diagnostic test done on a vehicle that is covered by a warranty; the warranty is only covered if you go to a NISSAN DEALERSHIP. it suck doesn't it. This place is the WORST 8/29/2009

I am female college student shopping around for my first car. I went to this dealersihp with the intent to test drive the car I was interested in. I was referred to a salesman named Kurt.This guy ruined my whole first car buying exprience for me. He was very rude to me. He gave me a price that was too high and when I told him I will think about and I was about to leave he told me to wait. He made me wait over 20 minutes and then came back with a lower offer. When I was about to leave again he made me wait again (they had my car keys this entire time), and he came back with a lower offer. Then the manager came in and pretty much started Yelling! at me. He said that I was being unreasonable and I wanted his family to go hungry and he crossed out the previous offer and raised it again. And then lowered it again, saying that this offer is only valid NOW. If I go to some other dealership, he will not give me this price. Always use the Internet 9/5/2008

I never thought that purchasing a car could be as easy and enjoyable as these guys made it. I was speaking with Benjamin for several days prior to going into the dealership. I only received responses from 2 of the other 6 dealerships that I initiated contact with. The e-mails that I got were always very direct and to the point. When I went in he was so nice and showed us all of the features of the car (which the other places I visited didn't do because it was 110 degrees outside). He really took his time to answer my questions and explain things about the car-- instead of just throwing me the keys and telling me where the test drive route was. I didn't have to deal with some whacked out sales manager coming in and using the iron fist to force me to buy the car. There was no pressure to ""BUY TODAY!"" Pros: Easy Internet Prices, Cute Salesperson, Quick and Efficient more


Better than Mossy Nissan 10/4/2007

After having a horrible experince at Mossy Nissan going here was like a whole new world. The waiting room is nice, people are nice and it was the best thing I did. They are a bit slow at fixing cars but atleast they did not charge me for warrenty repairs like Mossy wanted to. Pros: Better than Mossy Cons: a little slow more

Fine to buy... 3/3/2006

I bought my truck here in 20004. Felt a little pressure to buy, but kind of expected that. If I did it over again I would probably still buy from this location but I would NOT take my car here for maintenance. I took my Nissan in for its two year service and got slammed with an additional $100 of work I probably didn't need. In addition, the coupon I brought in was noted in the sales order but never applied to the amount I owed. When I called to get a refund, I was told I couldn't have one because the paperwork had already been processed. The worst part, however, was the shape of my car-- it's now louder, has poorer gas mileage, and grinds when I shift gears! How nice to take my $500 and mess up my previously great transmission. new truck 2/16/2006

i went to this dealer with all my homework done..i knew what i wanted and what i was willing to pay. a salesman came to me and i told him what i wanted. i told erick if he cold not meet the price to let me know up front that i would go somewhere else. they met my price and the deal was sealed in day. they had a huge variety of automobiles and colors with a vst majority of options. i was very pleased with how things went. more
