THIS STORE SHOULD HAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING.
I came to this cute little boutique with high hopes for my first child. I placed my order with over a month to spare for delivery before my due date. I was a little disappointed when my crib arrived 2 weeks late, but not to worry, there was still time.
I was wrong not to worry, over 15 months later and the rest of my order has not arrived. The owner still has my deposit and won't return my telephone calls or email messages.
Further, I have been lied to. I don't state this lightly. I was informed by the store owner, Victoria, that my order would finally be fulfilled through Goore's (Sacramento) by late last month. Having been spoon fed this line before, I spoke directly with the owner of Goore's who point blank told me no orders existed for the items I was looking for. I couldn't possibly be mistaking the name - there are NO orders for that manufacturer, that piece, that finish.... anywhere in the US.
To say that I am upset would be putting it lightly. This woman has had multiple financial problems resulting in the downsizing of her store to the tiny space just to the right of the one pictured here. Her old website was disabled and her new one isn't yet up and running. She doesn't return phone calls at all and does not respond to e-mail messages.
Please, please, please - DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. If you are special ordering items for your bundle of joy, go somewhere, anywhere else! You'll really regret going here...... I do.
