B & M Automotive

For those in San Antonio that need automotive work, I cannot recommend enough B&M Automotive. It isn't anywhere near my house, but I drive there every time for my auto work because they are honest and with decent prices. Not only that, but Leroy (the main person I have dealt with) has never discouraged me from getting other quotes for work done and has even given me a detailed list for the work so that I can compare like for like without any surprises. I first went there before buying my van to make sure it was in sound condition (since it was over 100k miles) and have had them replace my brakes and today the timing chain. At the three times I've been there, I've seen various cars with over 300k miles on them in good running condition. I've gotten great service fast and for a reasonable price. more

I have used B & M automotive for about 4 years for my personal vehicles and 6 of my company vehicles. Being apart of a mobile business and relying on my vehicles operating well, this place takes good care of everything...even price. I have even recieved outside quotes a few times just to be certain and they usually are between 30-60% less. Not to mention, they wont do unecessary stuff like most places (ie Firestone). Recently, I sent an employee over to them who was having trouble with her truck. They had her fixed up in a few hours and only charged 75 bucks for labor. My car was having some problems staying started so I decided to check this shop out because it was near my home. They hooked the car up to the machine to find out what was wrong and told me that it got some oil in some of the spark plugs and it just needed some new plugs and a tune up. I was ok with that and asked how much everything would be. They told me over three hundred dollars! We towed the car home and my husband did all the work for less than $50! I would not recommend throwing your money away here. more
