Autoworks Of Issaquah

They were great at Oil changes and maintenance repairs. They did for free what the other formerly AAA approved shop charged for. Ironically the other shop belongs to the owners Brother-in-law. I bet they have interesting family dinners. They charge the same as the dealearship. But they seem very honest more

I found Autoworks via AAA when some dingledorf who changed my oil left the oil cap off and soaked my belts with oil, causing them to break. Autoworks saved my tushy and fixed those belts that day! That was 8 years ago, and i've been going back to them ever since. I know next to nothing about cars, and prefer it to stay that way. Autoworks is my savior when it comes to keeping this part of my dream intact! I call, they fix it. they fix it quickly, incredibly well (they've never had to fix anything twice) and have kept my Volkswagen Jetta (1996) running like a happy cat, which I hear is no small feat considering they have a notorious reputation for unreliability! I recommend Autoworks wholeheartedly. As a nanny for 11 years and now that I drive for my business as a Doula, I need that reliability and know that no matter where I end up living, i'll be trekking to Issaquah to get my car worked on :). more

The repair work done here is good. I have never had problems with anything after service and the one time I did, they took care of it right away. It do feel however that the prices are higher, but I figure it is because they are located in Issaquah and the quality of work is good. Just goes to show that you do get what you pay for. If you have a tough car this is the place. more
