We have had good experiences with the Autopark Honda Service department. I have three Hondas, and am leary of who I allow to fix them. I've taken my cars there for almost 8 years now, and have never had any trouble with the service department.
On the flip side, I wouldn't buy another car from their sales department again. We negotiated the purchase of our 2001 Odyssey. It took them over 4 hours to sign over the paperwork to us, after we had set up an appointment and told them when we were coming in to pick it up. We had financing in hand and were ready to go.. But they weren't. So.. Never again!
