I bought a car from them in 2010 and have dealt with nothing but pain. My account holder SHELLY is a PAIN to work with. Shelly has not respects for the customers, treats us like crap. She's very cold hearted, horrible at customer service and doesn't do her job. She invades your privacy and makes you feel worthless just because you owe the company. I've never missed a payment but yet the way SHELLY talks to me and treats me is bad. The sad part about this is, I've filled complaints before but nothing was done. I spoke with one of her managers but they took no disciplinary action. That really got me ticked off because as a customer, it's the company's job to make sure that we are happy. If not for us, none of them will have job!
