Where does my irritation with this company begin? Even though my payment have never been more than two days late and I pay two payments at a time....if my payment is due on Monday and they don't get it by Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM, I can expect the phone calls to begin. Including those to my 85 and 87 year old grandparents (that I did not even use as references...these people should be able to find bin Laden). And please do not mention that when you do call them, they bad mouth their fellow employees and tell you the information the previous person gave you was wrong and that they "are so old, they should have fired her a long time ago". I understand that they want to know where their money is..but what is hard to figure out when you look at a person's payment history, see they have consistently paid, they are not interested in running away with the vehicle....why then do you call and harrass everyone they know. And how embarrassing. Then you have your friends and family calling you and they know more about your finances than you do. If you can get financed through someone else....PLEASE DO!!! I wouldn't even recommend this company to my husband's baby mama...and I can't stand her. ;-) Pros: Easy to get financed and rebuild credit Cons: They are rude, harrassing, and unprofessional. more

Only thing I have to say to first time users is beware of the aggravation that comes with this company. True enough, anyone can finance a car through them as easy as pie but, prepare for the harrassment of their entire staff. I do understand that there are ones who may run off with their property but, does everyone have to benefit from their wrongdoings? I mean seriously they will call every person on your references harrassing them as if they were financing a car and the bribery and trickery they will pull about a car that had some major problems with it in the first place. They financed me a car for 7500 and the check engine light was on, then they gave me the car with no gas and a battery that was not for the car and had oil in it. I had no problem with them . If I had a payment that was going to be late , I simply called them and told them so . No nasty calls , no threats . Arrangements were made , no problem . they're entitled to know where their money is , aren't they ? I can only imagine how many times they got screwed over by deadbeats . If you can't abide by the terms of the loan , then don't borrow the money . more

Well, I know these people to be very harrassing. My fiance's car is financed through them. They harrass ME and they don't even finance MY car. The day BEFORE her first payment was due, they called everyone on the reference list EXCEPT HER! They sucknay (pig latin) more

This company is sooo unprofessional. !!! Not only do they call everyone you know, they call you the day your payment is due. They leave nasty messages,stating that you're trying to drive a vehicle for FREE even though you have paid consistently for TWO YEARS! Trying to talk to a supervisor is a nightmare because she (Ms Roberts) will act as though your complaints about unprofessionalism and nasty messages are unfounded or better yet concocted. When I told her I would contact the You know Who (three words that begin with the letter B), she condescendingly replied " Oh, you can get a live person on the phone?" I told her I will be GOING to them. And I promise I will. more

What is the catch? This company will finance you when no one else will, at 28%... However, if you are a day late on a payment and miss their phone call, they will call all of your contact list references you gave them and leave them messages for you to call them. This is embarrassing to you and that is why they do it. If the law would allow them to break your leg to get paid on time, I believe they would. more
