This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction! They fixed our transmission, then had to repair it again within a month due to shoddy work. We were stranded out of state and had to rent a vehicle while waiting for them to ship another transmission to us. They then refused to pay for the rental. Don't use this service! more

purchased reman transmission,didnt work(putting mildly)promised to send another 1 week later no trans,they picked theirs up said i would get refund,refunded 750 of 2850 will not return my call alll you get there is someones voice mail look like i am going to have to sue has been 30 days more

Fast Repair, Trustworthy, Very "Car Smart" 7/30/2010

This is a great place to take any vehicle you own. Whether it be a high end german vehicle or an old Chevy, i've been taking my vehicles here since 2001. Never ever been upsold for something I didn't need. Technicians always find out my problem right away. They also give a free loaner car for the time your car is being repaired. Great alternative to dealership. Highly recommend! more

Car Smart and Affordable! 4/26/2010

I took my daughters Volkswagen to Auto Sports Unlimited Service center, I was referred by a friend to go to them, they are the european and import vehicle pros in the Holland area. They diagnosed the problem that 4 other shops in town could not figure out and only wasted my time. (Euro Tech - DO NOT GO HERE! SO EXPENSIVE AND THE GUYS ARE TOO YOUNG TO HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!) The service writers gave me a smoking deal and I was also given a loaner car while mine was being worked on, oh and it was FREE OF CHARGE! highly recommend more

AWESOME HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 4/26/2010

The new revamped auto sports service center is something to see. I brought my 2008 Range Rover to Auto Sports Unlimited Service center because they were they only one in town with the equipment to actually work on my car. The staff was friendly, the price I was quote was completely affordable and they fixed my car the same day. I was leery to bring my vehicle here since I usually take all my vehicles to the dealership, but after a 1st time I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend anyone to go here! You will not be dissapointed. more

GREAT SALES DEPT...SERVICE DEPT THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! TERRIBLE PRICES, NEVER RETURNED CALLS, NEVER CALL WITH UPDATES ON VEHICLE. FIX ONE THING THEN SOMETHING ELSE GOES WRONG SHORTLY AFTER. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE APPTS WITH PART ORDERS. HAD CAR THERE WEEKS AT A TIME. THEY NEVER HAVE GOOD REASONS. EVEN AFTER A FIX TO ONE PART ANOTHER WAS MISSING FROM THE SAME SPOT. I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE!!!!! ALL BEWARE!!!! more

Well they got the job done and it was cheaper than another estimate. The loaner I drove was pretty stinky and reaked of cigarette smoke. They managed to find about 20 things wrong with my car that I didnt know about but it costed 90 bucks for them to just look at it!! Whatever you do dont take a loaner from there unless you want to smell like cigars the rest of your week!! more
