This is one of the best dealership in RTP area. I recommended many of my family and relatives here and especially recommended to work with Jon. Let me just say he knows his stuff inside and out. He will put so much effort to have the experience as good as possible. He will personally take you through the whole experience and make sure you understand what to expect from the beginning. The dealership is so clean and welcoming. I am looking into going back to see Jon soon. Hope anyone else who's reading this review would consider him. Yes! None of the negative dealership stereotypes, thanks Jim Cirimele!\r \r I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic LX, on 12/21/2013, with the help of sales consultant Jim Cirimele. The evening prior, I negotiated a great price via e-mail with Internet sales coordinator, Laura Robinette. This was the first new car I've ever purchased and, to be honest, I was not looking forward to what I thought would be the stereotypical ""car salesman"" interaction. I've read and heard so many salesman horror stories that I just assumed it was something I had to battle though if I wanted to buy a car from a dealership. I was friendly and polite but, inside, I had my guard up the whole time, just in case, and it wasn't until I left Luigi Galeazzi's office (finance manager) that I realized none of the tricks or scams or pressure tactics had been used on me. I can't tell you what a relief that was. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would not hesitate to purchase future vehicles from AutoPark Honda in Cary, NC.\r \r After getting my new Civic home, I noticed a small nick in the paint and a small stain on the hood that I was unable to clean off. I sent an e-mail to Jim, with pictures, and he promptly replied. Jim said to contact him to schedule an appointment and they'd take care of the nick and stain. With the holidays and life in general, I haven't had the time to take my car back to the dealership. Once the those small imperfections are repaired, I'll write another review of my repair experience with AutoPark Honda. I'm sure it will be another great experience.\r \r One final note: Every question I've had since the purchase of my new Civic, has been answered quickly and thoroughly by Jim. more

My experiance with Autopark Honda was wonderful. My sales consultant, Eric Rainey, made it a very easy process to purhcase my new Honda Civic. He made sure that i got the best car for my needs and in the exact color that i wanted. All of the staff there was friendly and helpful. After comparing the reviews of the nearest Honda dealership where we did not get the satisfactory business earlier, my husband and I decided to purchase our new CR-V from Auto Park Honda at Cary. Our sales person was Jae Kim, and thanks to him we received our best sales experience. Jae impressed us with his knowledge of the vehicle, professionalism, and a great personality. For instance, it was hard for me to make a final decision between several colors of the model, so Jae made a few great and valuable suggestions which made my pick much more easier, and for what I am grateful now. He also took an extra time not only to show me all new technical features of the dashboard, but he made sure that I learned how to manipulate them before handing the keys. During the whole process we never felt pushed to buy anything, on the contrary, we felt that Jae was sincere and courteous with us. Thanks to Jae we are confident that that we got the great vehicle for the great price ! Don’t let them fool you. My experience with Autopark Honda is that they are slimy and deceptive. I had agreed on a monthly price for a lease with the sales person and asked repeatedly if the price he was quoting was the out the door price. Of course he said yes. But when I got in the finance office the price changed and I was told that taxes had not been added in. Of course the finance guy was not only incredibly pushy with his undercoating pitch, but he wasn’t interested in what the sales person told me, so I told them if I didn’t get the price we agreed to that I didn’t want the vehicle. The manager got involved and both he and the salesperson agreed to give me the quoted monthly price, or so I thought. All they really did was pull out the taxes and give me the perception that I was getting the agreed upon price, but I should have read the fine print. At the anniversary of my purchase I received notification from the finance company that I owe the taxes for the year on the vehicle in my next payment and the same would happen in the upcoming years. All they did was use a slimy tactic to get the sale, even though they were intentionally being deceptive. Oh, and of course I never got the customer satisfaction survey the salesmen made such a big deal about. I love my Honda, but I seriously recommend you drive to the next closest dealer, instead of doing business with Autopark Honda in Cary. Don’t believe the garbage they put out in their ads. They got the sale and an extra $17 a month, but lost a customer for life. I tell everyone I can that they really don’t have any integrity. more

Excellent Experience 7/24/2012

Bought a 2012 Honda Fit in Oct 2011. Scheduled my first service visit to get tires rotated/aligned/balanced - appointment was for 10:20am and I asked to have it back ASAP. I was told I'd get a call. At 3pm, I called Honda to find out what the status was. It took me THREE tries to get through to the service rep, who told me they hadn't started the work yet. No apologies. Called the service manager who was of no help. Big disappointment - will not return to Autopark Honda for any reason. Waste of time - now have no time for service for another month. more
