I can understand why Auto Best has been in existence for over 25 years. I brought in my car for smog check inspection and oil change. The employees were courteous. The work was done quickly and professionally, and there were no unexpected charges. more

I needed a smog by today, I went every where and they were trying to charge me $60.00 which I thought it was too much so I I found this shop and I only paid $30.00 and It only took 15 minutes. I'm happy with the service and price,for sure I'll be coming here again! more

I had my '98 Honda CR-V water pump repaired at this shop. As part of the agreement with the owner, I purchased my own parts for a reduced rate (and to make sure I was using quality parts!) Sayeed repaired my vehicle, but did not replace my parts. Months later I took my car to another mechanic because my car was leaking oil, I also discovered that the water pump was leaking (the one I purchased had a lifetime guarantee) When I contacted Sayeed about the discrepancy, he wanted me to bring the car to him so he could check it out. I explained that I could not bring the car to him, since it was at another repair shop but he was welcome to go to the shop himself and check it out. He refused and denied doing anything wrong. I told him that I could give him proof that the water pump he supposedly replaced was an original part. He was not interested and dismissed me, saying that I did not give him an adequate opportunity to inspect my vehicle. I would definitely not take any car to be repaired at his shop!! Beware of this nefarious mechanic!!! Cons: Liar, Dishonest, Bait and switch more
