After a cold, cordial telephhone greeting by a receptionist I tried to speak to the owner about some rare coins I've collected for years. I was then transferred to his secretaty and reiterated my wish to sell my collection, OOPS.... "sorry he doesn't speak to customers" WHAT? First you get the receptionist, then you get the owner's personal secretary who says the sales manager is out and yak yak yadda yadda, after two attempts I gave up. I've done business with another gun & coin shop here in Austin and was treated really nice, big outfit but not too big or too snooty to come out and meet & greet you.
