You'll have to sit next to dangerous mentally ill or paroled homeless people screaming in your ear.
The staff doesn't work and wastes taxpayer dollars. They chat loudly and it bothers the customers.
I witnessed the guards bullying the customers.
The bathrooms were dirtier than the ones at a cheap gas station.
The books are too outdated with pages torn out.
It's hard to find something good to say about it except that you can get an internet fix when you're downtown, and they give away free food at Wooly's park - a block north.
I've found better spots to get online around town.
