I had a massage appointment for the N. Austin location last Saturday afternoon. I allowed myself enough driving time to arrive on time. However, finding the actual (satellite) location was MUCH harder than expected. I tried calling the receptionist's desk many times (8 to be exact) as I u-turned, circled around, parked, and walked around the complex. After all, this was the number provided in my confirmation email when I booked the appt. I received no help. \r

I finally found the location, but was 6 minutes late. The attendant at the door refused our service stating students needed the full 90 minutes for credit purposes. Every minute counts. He said I could call the school on Monday to either 1-reschedule or 2-get a refund. Irritated enough at being denied service I had prepaid for, I went home and decided to call the school on Monday. \r

The lady ""in charge"" of refunds (Jennifer Regolatto?) will not answer my phone calls or numerous messages. A few calls back later, the receptionist told me they had a ""no refund"" policy. This is absolute rubbish. They PRECHARGED my account when i scheduled the appt. \r

They are now denying me BOTH 1-the services I have already paid for and 2-my money. ??? Are you serious? That's ridiculous! There were NO caveats regarding either refund policy or denial of service with any tardiness- not on the website OR my confirmation email. \r

What's even shadier is the receptionist doesn't pick up ANY of my calls when I call from my phone. When I switched to my boyfriend's phone, she picked up on the first try. \r

I will keep trying to call and if they don't give me my money back, I will report them to the B*tter B*siness B*ureau.
