Just wanted to send you a note telling you how pleased we were with the recent maintenance work that Juan did at our home. Because we noticed the leak on the weekend Juan came over right away and determined what the problem was. He then took quick action to prevent any further damage by putting a bucket up in the ceiling to catch the water which was coming from the leaking fire sprinkler line in the ceiling. He informed us that the rest of the work would be completed on Monday.On Monday, just like he said, he was back and the company that needed to fix the leak was there. Juan then had the sheetrock guy come in to repair the sheetrock and the next day Juan came back and painted and he had the cleaning lady come in and clean up the mess.Juan is a great asset to your maintenance team. He is very courteous and seems to take pride in doing a good job! more

Very convinient 12/14/2010

I have heard of some people having a bad experience, but you will get that at any community. I am just amazed that so many people have posted as having a bad experience.I have lived in 3 different apartments at Austin Ranch over the past 4 years and I haven't had any problems. The only reason I changed apartments is because I like change in my life. I have lived in a loft apartment across from the leasing office, in a 3 story town home, and now near the main pool. All three have been great locations, and I haven't had any issue with parking or noise. Any maintenance request was answered the same day, or the next if I called it in late at night. The only serious maintenance issue was caused by me on accident, and they had it repaired the next day. The convenience of different pools, gym locations, restaurants, and bars on property have made it an enjoyable experience. I will live here until I either buy a house, move for work, or get married. more

Thank You for your AWESOME customer service, and RAPID response. I have called several communities today, and NONE have provided the level of service and professionalism the company has demonstrated. First, when I called you main number, I did not even hear the phone ring, and a professional, friendly voice greeted me, saying 'Thank You for calling Austin Ranch, how can we help you today'. When I was transferred, again, I did not even hear the phone ring when Ms. Parker answered, and addressed ALL of my leasing concerns. If this is the kind of service one can expect at your community, I look forward to vesting next week (Tuesday). It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Ms. Parker! If there is a customer service manager I can forward this response to, please advise. YOU ALL NEED TO BE RECONGNIZED FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM!!! Take Care, and have a blessed day! more

Life is Good! 12/2/2010

I recently moved into Austin Ranch and would like to share my experience with you. I looked at five or six different places and found some to be competitive on the monthly payment, some to have comparable amenities and some to have move in specials rivaling Austin Ranch. However what really made the difference for me was the pleasant and helpful sales staff. Specifically, Keri Felton was so helpful and such a joy to work with. She managed to make my experience not only enjoyable but fun even in forty degree weather on a golf cart! She took the time to find me exactly what I needed and although I did not lease the first day, she consistently and pleasantly followed up with for over a week. In training sales professionals across North America for over 14 years, I assure you, follow up is such a rare quality! In closing, I would recommend anyone to lease at Austin Ranch and I salute Keri, your entire sales team and I salute you as a manager for your involvement because it is obvious you have trained your team well as all of my interactions with various leasing agents has been great! more

Kristen is just wonderful 11/23/2010

My experience leasing an apartment with kristin was a very pleasant one. I have not lived in an apt. for over 40 yrs. And was very frightened by the prospect of living in one at my age. Kristen showed me many apts. Over a period of time and was very patient with me. Finally I was at the point I needed one within a month. She showed me one she thought might be just what I needed, I told her I would take one like that and she said there would be one available for me within 15 days and drove me by it to see it, a big patio right across from the nature reserve and very quiet area for the most part. She helped me through the paper work explainging everything as we went along. A few weeks later I came in and gave them my deposits and first months rent payment. When I came in at the time Kristen was out with a potential resident and another young lady helped me until Kristen got back and took over. I liked the way they helped each other out and didn't let you sit and wit till she came back. Great Team Work. Kristen explained everything including water/trash and parking and my choices for TV entertainment, internet service and electric. I never felt as though she was trying to avoid telling me about anything or hiding anything from me. She was very upfront about everything. She took time to answer my questions and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I have recommended her to several friends who will be moving this year and will continue to do so if I head of anyone else looking for an apartment. Kristen is a great asset to your company. more

I’m writing to thank you very much for taking the time to select very qualified, knowledgeable professional individuals to work at Austin Ranch. I called the office and Jackie answered the phone. I explained to Jackie that my air conditioner wasn’t working and she promised that she would send someone over before she left for the day. Jackie really worked hard to make certain that I didn’t have an uncomfortable weekend with my niece and my husband in the apartment. Within less than an hour the maintenance person was at my door. So, I thank Jackie for her commitment to your residents.I would also like to commend Eva. She’s been phenomenal throughout my entire stay on Austin Ranch. Eva really cares about the residents and she and her staff are very proficient and great at providing excellent service. more

I'm settled in now and am enjoying most aspects of AR. Thank you for all of your help in getting me all set. Couple of pieces of feedback for you to share with your peers and management...1. - Resident Pool Control - Kudos!!!!! Summertime is here and the pools are getting plenty of attendance. I was at the Boulder pool on Saturday afternoon. A gentleman in a red shirt with AH came in and began checking for the access cards issued to residents. I was very pleased to see this as I frequently see large groups of people who are not residents or residents who bring 5+ guests and take over the pool. I'm glad to see people enjoy the pool area and that they can bring a guest or two, BUT, when they number is excessive or the pool area looks like a daycare, it really spoils it for those of us who live here. I want to commend AR for checking the pools for resident access cards during peak times... Furthermore commend the AR rep who was out at the pool. He was professional to all... 2. - My First Maintenance Request - Kudos!!! I put in my first set of requests today. I can’t believe how quickly someone came out and fixed everything. Thank you to the friendly lady who took my requests and to the maintenance staff who came out so promptly and fixed everything. more

I am writing this to express my appreciation for the service that Cindy Smith recently provided me. I have been a resident of Austin Ranch since 2001. I recently requested that the flooring in my bathrooms and kitchen be upgraded. This was the first person of any kind that I've made other than for very minor maintenance issues. Many visitors to my apartment had remarked on the poor quality of the flooring in those rooms and neighbors have expressed similar dissatisfaction with theirs as well. When the request was first made I felt that Austin Ranch wanted to do nothing, or at least as little as possible. I had already started looking for a new place to live when the issue was turned over to Cindy. From the first time I spoke with her, her attitude showed me that she was more interested in finding what could be done than in finding ways in which to say no. She agreed that Austin Ranch would save money in the long run by keeping its residents happy. She acknowledged that the carpet/painting cost that would have been spent on my apartment would have been many times greater than the flooring if my apartment has the same turnover as the others in my building. She was curteous and friendly. I mentioned a date that was convenient for me and Cindy followed up with me after that date to make sure the work had been done. It had not been and she immediately scheduled it for a day soon after. It was because of this work being done and Cindys positive attitude that I jave chosen to renew my lease for a year. I dont know how much longer I'll be at Austin Ranch but positive experiences like this will ensure that I recommend the comunity to friends who are looking in the future. more

I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that Andrea has been WONDERFUL over the past 3 years I have lived at Austin Ranch. Anytime I have ever had any issues, she has helped me solve them them in a very timely manner. Due to the service that she provides, I have brought several people to Austin Ranch and will continue to do so. Because of my working relationship with Andrea, I have decided to renew my lease and stay another year more

Very Clasy and Professional 9/28/2010

I am writing to compliment Kassundra at Austin Ranch. We were very impressed with Kassundra's work ethic, her professionalism and her enthusiastic attitude. Kassundra helped my husband and myself recently with a billing situation. We were charged a fee for housing a pet. I am highly allergic to pets and therefore do not own any pets. She took the time to listen to the facts and research our circumstances. Kassundra is a lady... very classy and professional. We are very thankful that such a professional woman is working in management at Austin Ranch. more

When I first came to Austin Ranch I was a little overwhelmed because i was going to be living by myself for the first time and was on a tight budget. When I first met Kristin she immediately made me feel comfortable and I was able to talk to her easily and tell her what I wanted and what I could afford. She listened to all my requests and needs and I never felt like she was just trying to sell me an apartment it really felt like she just wanted me to be happy and she really tried to find the best place for me to live. Th whole process was very easy and Kristin was also very easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. I;m I', excited about my new apartment and I can't wait to mvoe in! Thank you Kristin for everything and Ill see you in two weeks! more

Sweet Cindy, My plan was to leave work early to drop off some goodies for you and your Team. But, of course, I am still stuck here trying to finish up a few things. Are you in the office all Monday-Friday? I appreciate your amazing support this past weekend. I am going to rave about how awesome you and your Team have been on the apt ratings site. You completely turned around my entire experience and I thank you so much for everything you did over the weekend. I was super excited about moving into the new phase and with a handful of what I’m calling “interesting hurdles”, I thought I had made the wrong decision. After living in the same place for 6+ years, it was such a scary decision to move. As expected, you were on top of every issue (even the light bulbs) and the consistent communication meant more than you know. After I spoke to you a few times on Friday, I knew everything was going to be ok and started getting excited about the new place again. You and your Team ROCK!! So many people reached out to apologize that the move-in wasn’t ideal and check on the status of everything. You and your Team went above and beyond and should be commended and recognized for your outstanding resident services. Wednesday or Thursday, I’m dropping the treats off with a personal note to you and also a note to share with your Team. If you ever need a glowing commendation to Billingsley or to anyone considering Austin Ranch, I would absolutely LUV to speak to the amazing amenities, continued focus on enhancing the experience, and most of all, the exceptional Customer Service I’ve received from you and your team. Also, I spoke with American Moving Company and they are refunding my tip to cover the repair of the cushion damage. The MX contact showed up and fixed my light bulbs and my circuit to the dryer. You certainly know how to get things handled and the urgency to my requests is greatly appreciated. Again, you ROCK and I LUV, LUV, LUV my new apartment!! more

We just wanted to say that we are very happy with the service we received and that, Tim, the man who did our repairs was very helpful and friendly. He did a great job.
