Sweet Cindy, My plan was to leave work early to drop off some goodies for you and your Team. But, of course, I am still stuck here trying to finish up a few things. Are you in the office all Monday-Friday? I appreciate your amazing support this past weekend. I am going to rave about how awesome you and your Team have been on the apt ratings site. You completely turned around my entire experience and I thank you so much for everything you did over the weekend. I was super excited about moving into the new phase and with a handful of what I’m calling “interesting hurdles”, I thought I had made the wrong decision. After living in the same place for 6+ years, it was such a scary decision to move. As expected, you were on top of every issue (even the light bulbs) and the consistent communication meant more than you know. After I spoke to you a few times on Friday, I knew everything was going to be ok and started getting excited about the new place again. You and your Team ROCK!! So many people reached out to apologize that the move-in wasn’t ideal and check on the status of everything. You and your Team went above and beyond and should be commended and recognized for your outstanding resident services. Wednesday or Thursday, I’m dropping the treats off with a personal note to you and also a note to share with your Team. If you ever need a glowing commendation to Billingsley or to anyone considering Austin Ranch, I would absolutely LUV to speak to the amazing amenities, continued focus on enhancing the experience, and most of all, the exceptional Customer Service I’ve received from you and your team. Also, I spoke with American Moving Company and they are refunding my tip to cover the repair of the cushion damage. The MX contact showed up and fixed my light bulbs and my circuit to the dryer. You certainly know how to get things handled and the urgency to my requests is greatly appreciated. Again, you ROCK and I LUV, LUV, LUV my new apartment!!
