Austin Ranch

My name is Christine Johnson and I am a locator/realtor with DFW Residential Advisors. I am also a former resident of Austin Ranch. I ve toured the community with a number of clients and secured my very first lease with Austin Ranch last week! My experience has always been positive and I am a big fan of the community. My client, Ben Woodring, had pretty specific things he was looking for and Jennifer Kinman nailed it! She was very thorough and precise in her screening all the while explaining the process so it didn t seem invasive or awkward. The goal was to find the best fit for Ben out of hundreds of floorplans and, after looking at only two units, he was sold! I was not only impressed with Jennifer s professionalism and follow through, but her ability to mirror a client with a particularly dry wit. Ben and I toured two communities, Parkside at Legacy & Pradera, prior to Austin Ranch and neither properties offered the same level of connection and interest in the client as Jennifer. As a locator, it is great to have a go to person at a property and Jennifer has already been tagged in my book! Thank you for being so professional and so responsive, Jennifer. Customer Service is a huge part of my life, working at Southwest Airlines. And, I can t imagine how you juggle the communication from all 5 phases. I think you do an excellent job taking care of residents and I hope the next time I have the opportunity to call, I will be raving about how much I love my new apartment and confirming that my new a/c unit is fantastic. You are the ideal middle I hope that the other teams take advantage of your expertise in improving the resident s person between a resident and the service/experience, whether it is positive or negative. experience and learning how important communication is.Again, thank you so much for always listening to my unique situations. someone was askin me about Austin ranch because they looked at the reviews...i move in April 8th n on on experiencing for myself. I said what do u expect when you have bars In the community...i cnt wait lol...the only issue many ppl seem to have are the animals using the restroom...but the property looks exactly as it does online and the staff is incredible more

I lived at Austin Ranch for 3 years and I finally left because I couldn't take the constant, loud parties. It's a very social and party oriented complex and if you're into that scene, you'll love it there. My neighbors, on both sides, had loud parties almost every night and played video games all day. It was apparent that both of them had some type of sound system hooked up to their tv's because I could hear everything they were watching or playing. Maybe the walls were just really, really thin' The actual apartment complex has nice amenities and the grounds would be beautiful if the residents would bother to clean up after themselves and their dogs. I never had a problem with maintenance. They responded fairly fast with the exception of one time when I had a spider infestation. It took 2 weeks before they sent the Orkin guy. I had some parking issues late at night from time to time. Maybe because a lot of residents who were always having parties and their friends that came over were occupying many of the parking spaces. There have been many issues at this complex. If you read the previous reviews about all of the problems, they're most likely true. Good luck to any future residents. You'll need it. more

Provided enough of a pleasant welcoming attitude from the start of my leasing experience that I still address her with all of the questions I have about my lease or even maintenance concerns. In spite of my awareness that she isnt the person I should seek on some of these issues her continued excellent customer service has built a relationship where she is the first person I prefer to talk to on all the matters I have concerning my stay here with Austin Ranch. more

Today is the last day of my lease and it saddens me to have to leave such a beautiful place. I wanted to take time to show my gratitude and thanks to Lyndsey Roberts for her outstanding ans professional performance while I lived there. She has consistently went out of her way to be helpful to me and has helped me tremendously. She has made my stay at Austin Ranch for 2 years, an experience I will cherish. I want to send a special thank you to Cindy Smith for graciously assisting us in a concern we had with moving into our upcoming apartment. There was carpet put into to our apt. by mistake instead of hardwood floors. She immediately fixed the problem. I am very happy to know there the staff at Austin Ranch takes their residents concerns seriously. Thank You more
