I found exactly what I needed 6/15/2011

I have never seen a plumbing supply store with so many options on display. I came in looking to find new fixtures for my bathroom and I found exactly what I needed. The service was helpful and accomodationg to my budgetary needs and personal taste. I would recommend APS anytime. more

Mary was excellent in her sales and service. The only reason for not giving an excellent rating is that it seemed like once the order was placed, it kind of went into a black hole. It was difficult to get a timely estimate of back ordered items and I was made to feel like it was not liked that I was asking. more

The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and was not trying to sell me something I didn't want. I thought my service was good. The lady that helped me in the store was knowledgeable, asked questions to better help me & sold me exactly what I wanted/needed. The young man who helped load my product was professional, careful & I appreciated all the assistance provided. I will recommend your company to people I know for their plumbing needs more

Helped us find the right toilet! 5/25/2011

Bill Sullivan was kind enough to talk to my wife when were looking to replace our broken toilets with ""turbo toilets"". It took some time to get the right toilet but Mr. Sullivan was very kind and patient while we hemmed and hawed over the right toilet. Thanks! more

I recommend 5/24/2011

This is the 2nd time getting toilets from Austin Plumbing Supply (APS); I have since recommended APS to several people. Other than getting an outdoor tankless gas water heater from another co. that both sells & installs, I plan to get all else from APS. APS is knowledgable, with good produuts they stand behind, at a fair price. more
