Best Speed Shop in the Business! Support LOCAL! 12/15/2011

Bill, Mike and Gary are pros in the hot rod industry. While it is hard to get them on the phone at times, that is because so many people value their time enough to actually visit them in person. It's always a pleasure to spend an hour away from my shop to visit these guys and pick their minds about our projects. Krawltex Motorsports has been open since 2006 and will continue to patron their business for the great service and knowledge that only comes from years of experience in the high performance aftermarket world. more

Never Available 1/18/2011

This company consistently does not answer their phone. I have been at their shop when the phone was ringing and have seen the guys just completely ignore it. I was prepared to spend 5000+ dollars on parts for a Corvette engine that I was building and on multiple occasions tried calling them only to get no answer. Take your business elsewhere if you're looking for customer service. more

Great service and great products in stock. 12/14/2010

Very, very friendly and knowledgeable. I am rebuilding a 1978 K5 Blazer and needed a semi special part (EGR block of plate) and an Edelbrock fuel line ""Banjo"" fitting. They had both of which available no problem. This store really does seem to do it all. If you are looking to get your part locally and don't mind paying an extra couple of bucks compared to Jegs or Summit (which keep in mind charge you shipping.) Then this is the place for you. They have a lot of specialty stuff such as a NOS fill station. The only down side to this place is that they don't have a sign so it is hard to fine. But its right next to the corvette repair shop more

They had the parts I needed! 3/20/2009

They are local and stock a wide range of parts and I am able to go get what I need now. I hate to stop a project for a few days while I wait on Jegs etc to ship me the parts. They are know their stuff and are willing to offer their opinions if you simply ask for help. Pros: They had exactly the parts I needed Cons: I likely could have ordered them online for less more

EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! 2/12/2008

I HAVE SPENT A FORTUNE IN THIS STORE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. IF YOU WANT CHEAP PARTS AND AMATEUR ADVICE GO TO A DISCOUNT CHAIN STORE. THESE GUYS SAVED ME MUCH MORE WITH SAGE ADVICE THAN I COULD HAVE SAVED BY GOING TO A CHAIN STORE AND GETTING CHEAP (INFERIOR) PARTS. I WAS A NOVICE IN BUILDING A CAR AND WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND PATIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS HIGH ENOUGH. THEY ARE PROBLEM SOLVERS, NOT PROBLEM CREATORS. Pros: GREAT TOY STORE!! Why in the world would anyone ever buy from these con Artists? Pros: close to austin Cons: very slow service and extremely high prices. Totally out of line more
