I hired morehands to come in the day i left for a week to pick up my family out of state, hoping that we would come home to a clean welcome..... boy was i wrong.. I left on a Thursday moring and even taped 2 $20 dollar bills to a note thanking them, but when i got home, not only did i have to clean up trash all over my yard that they left in bags on the front porch, that racoons got in to, but they never even even touched the back room, the only one with carpet, they didn't even touch my daughters room that had some toys scattered around. I cannot express my disapointment enough. they charged me $170 bucks to clean, sweep, mop, vacume and pick up/straighten up, a 3 bd, 2bath house, i left $40 in tip money. They knew i was leaving town, so it was obvious that they came in, sweep a little, and put trash on the patio. they didn't even move dishes from the sink to the dishwasher.... Pros: they sweep the tile....but that's about it Cons: did not mop, vacume, or even straighten up rooms more

The service was OK; not particularly thorough. I think the fans were cleaned once, after I pointed out twice that they hadn't been cleaned. I was told that I could expect the same crew to clean each time -- it's pretty clear based on the differences in the way things were done that the same crew was never there more than twice in a row. They also forgot to reset the alarm system a couple of times, and consistently forgot to fully reset the door alarms. Pros: They take the trash out. more

MoreHands Maid Service exceeded my expectations. They were prompt and did an amazing job. The house looked brand new-just built! I had them clean my Mother-in-Law's house when we moved out and she was moving back in. The place was a wreck, and they worked to make it look better than when we moved into it! When I went to check on the house, not only was I very happy with their results, I was amazed to see the diamond tennis bracelet that my Mother-In-Law lost over 6 months ago on the kitchen counter. The maids found it and left it carefully on the kitchen counter for us to see. If they would have stolen the bracelet, we would have never know the difference. I will recommend this company to everyone, and my faith in people has been restored. Leaving a diamond tennis bracelet instead of taking it says so much about this company. I contracted this service to do a move-out clean. The list they supplied of all the areas they covered would assure return of my deposit. Half way through the job they called to add extra time, I agreed. When I finally got my deposit back from landlord it was minus cleaning fees as the service HAD FAILED to complete all areas that they said they would. I asked for a refund of only the additional cleaning charges I was subjected to and they wouldn't do so claiming I should have contatcted them within 24 hours to remedy. Well, that was not feasible for me and when they knew what they were doing enough to charge me additional time yet they did not even finish the job! My take away is: if you advertise a service, then do it. I'm an extremely dissatisfied customer. more
