I have been with this pharmacy a year and am extremely diappointed in the customer service. I called in a prescription and got a very brusque response and was put on hold. The line was then disconnected so I called back. I got a woman in the pharmacy who was very short with me and the line got disconnected again. I called back and got the cashier and asked if there were any problems with the phone line, she replied that ""she had no idea"" and put me through to the woman in the pharmacy again. I asked the woman if she meant to hang up on me again? She replied ""no, but I'm very busy. I explained that I had been hung up on twice and just needed to confirm that they got my prescription. She replied ""yes"" and hung up again!!!!\r
I called back and said ""normally when you hang up on someone by ""accident"" you call them back and apologize or you apologize when they call you back. No such thing as customer service at this Aurora pharmacy, I never got an apology even when I asked for it.
Pros: None so far as I can tell!
Cons: Poor customer service
