.This place is really close to my house so I went there a couple of times for a facial. Then one time the receptionist talked me into purchasing a laser hair removal package. You have to prepay for the laser hair removal series. Ever since they got that money from me i have gone in every four weeks for a treatment and I have had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I don't know if its because I allready paid and they are not getting more $ from me or what. Also, I was running really late one time and another time couldnt make my apt.,so called to reschedule and let them know, and they threatened me to take one of my allready paid services away. However, every time I have gone there they have been a minimum of 30 minutes late without even telling me, i have to walk up to the front and ask them when my service will be they dont even respond apologetic that they have not informed me that they are running an hour late and just tell me oh yeah we are slammed today. You would think that if they are running late or completely miss your appointment by an hour that they would give you a complimentary service but no they just look at me with a blank face and say yeah we are running late. I said I wish you would have called me or let me know this when I walked in 45 minutes ago because I rushed here and also have an appointment after this and they said nothing. It is the strangest customer facing behavior I have ever experienced. I am a sales executive and would never treat a client this way. Especially if they were sitting in my lobby waiting for a service. the least they could do is walk back and sincerely apologize for their delay and ask what they can do in order to compensate me for my inconvenience. I still cant believe that they threaten to take away services that I have allready paid for because I was running late and then don't even care that I booked an appointment with them that wasnt even available until over an hour later. Once my prepaid services are done I will never go there again because they do not truly care about the client. They are only concerned with over booking and getting the cash flow.
