I moved into this apartment with a roommate in Aug of 2006. This 1st month the place was great!!! Then everything started going wrong.\r
Issue 1: garbage disposal broke 6 times before they would replace it. It caused water to back up in the sink with food particles. It would flood onto the counter. \r
Issue 2: Insect problem and it took them a week to get someone out to spray. They had to come back 3 times. \r
Issue 3: When we would take shower the water would be either so hot you couldn't be under it or as cold as ice. It took them 1 week to fix it. \r
Issue 4: Roommate was released from the lease and my husband took over. They lost all the paper work and the fee for the application. They tried to make us pay it again. \r
Issue 5: About 6 weeks ago our shower started to leak. We live in a town home and the shower is above the living room. The leak leaked water all over the floor and couch one day. They tried 7 times and it never worked. This was over a 5 week period of time. We were told not to use the shower for 13 days and our furniture got wet and movies. The paint peeled off and the wall started to fall down because it was so wet. Right know we have 4 big hole in our wall and they have mold all over them. Not only did it leak when we shower it did when our neighbors showered. The carpet is also ripped up and they still want us to live here in this dangerous area. We have asked for a new place and they have lied 3 times about it. Now they are acting as if we will not get an apartment.\r

Cons: Management always leaves, No manager during January 2007, Rude managment, Apartments are nothing like the model they show you, they are falling apart!
