All should know that owners Jim and Linda are con artists. They currently owe money to the IRS from not paying business taxes (thanks for helping the economy out with your lack of contribution - we all have to pay taxes Jim and Linda) and have passed a tax lien on to a family member's property without a care. They have multiple suits against them for non-payment to vendors. They even steal from Jim's eldery mother! If they do it to the big guys, you can bet they will do it to you. Pros: it will catch up to you Cons: they are cons and don't pay bills more

i own a AV company here in reno. we sell and install av and audio systems. we have and continue to use audio video service in reno for the past 5 years now. I can tell you most honestly that they have provided us and our end users with great and rapid service on hundreds of repairs.Never a complaint from any of our customers that have used them as well. we find there customer service to be top notch.There turnaround time on our repairs has been very rapid.There prices are right in line . Avoid at all costs!!! 1/27/2008

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!! When the television was picked up, I was told that it would be fixed in 2 days. Every time I called, I was put on hold and never picked up. I spoke to the general manager and he was the most rude individual I have spoken to in a long time! You have numerous choices to get you television repaired in Reno, do not include this business on you list. I would not let my worst enemy use these people!! Pros: None Cons: EVERYTHING!! more

AVOID AT ALL COST 9/16/2007

HORRIBLE TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! TOLD US OUR TV WOULD BE FIXED I A WEEK, CALLED 1 WEEK LATER AND THE TV HADN'T EVEN BEEN LOOKE AT YET. TOLD WOULD GET CALL NEXT DAY NO CALL EVER CAME. GAVE THEM 5 MORE DAYS BEFORE CALLING BACK WELL I GOT THROUGH AFTER 6 TIMES OF CALLING JUST TO BE TOLD NOTHING THEY HAD NO ANSWER FOR ME. THEN TOLD ME JUST TO PICK IT UP AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT FIXXED. I SAID FINE GIVE ME A REFUND AND WAS TOLD NO....IS THAT NOT WHAT WE CALL STEALING ? WELL THIS IS NOT OVER YET WILL UPDATE THIS AS WE GO ALONG..... more
