System install 12/17/2013

Had a new system installed into our recently purchased house. Daniel stayed all day working on it and taught us as he went. He problem solved for us and made suggestions on how to make our systems function seamlessly. Very knowledgable and courteous. We were extremely pleased with his service and even though the universal remote isn't yet perfect for our new cable box (everything else runs perfectly with it), they have promised to trouble shoot and come back to us with a solution ASAP. Again, very happy with our new equipment and the ease of the install. more

Fantastic Customer Experience 12/4/2013

I have been using Audio Insight for over 7 years. Each time they have been very responsive and helpful. For a "tech novice" they take the time to offer solutions, install in a timely manner, and patiently walk you through everything. Our most recent project I was introduced to Beau Miles. Beau was very helpful in offering many new solutions for our project and did an amazing job working through a difficult consstruction schedule. The install guys are very professional and top notch. Would recommend them to anybody. Great job Guys! more

Technician quickly reviewed our partially done system and recommended solutions. 10/29/2013

Was hesitant to call out for help on a partially done theater system that has never performed up to par. We really did not know how to make any thing work. Like owning a mercedes but not knowing how to drive it.. Audio Insight showed us how to use our system, and programmed everything into one remote which we can understand and control... So happy we called them and I recommend them highly. Very professional, very patient to explain things. more

Best Audio Guys in Huntsville (probably Alabama) 10/14/2013

These guys are professional from top to bottom. I have met the owner/manager and many of the installers. All know their stuff, great at explaining what they can do for you and don't push the most expensive options, they give you many options and explain it all in layman's terms. They came back to my house many times to tweak and fix a few little things I wasn't happy with for no charge, usually the same day. Explained how to work everything, clean up their work and everything looks and sounds outstanding! I will never use another audio company and urge my friends and family to do the same. They back their work and products 100%! Michael will take care of any problem you have and Randy is the master at installing this stuff. One thing my wife and I noticed; these guys DO NOT cut corners or compromise. You can tell they love what they do and take pride in their work and your home. Can't say enough about them. Trusted them enough to leave them in my house all day long. Not sure if they are the cheapest in town, but you will not regret it. Lastly, when they quote you a price, they nail it, no surprises even if they run into obstacles. Call them, you wont regret it. Thanks Audio Insight! Brent and Rachel Atkinson ps. We have been using Audio-Insight for whole-house audio/video systems over the past 11 years and can count on them to do the job right. The latest task was to run a TV cable drop in a difficult location. Despite the temperature in attic, they quickly performed the task and it works great. more

We completely remodeled a home which meant we had the opportunity to completely rewire the home. Control 4 is the system that Audio Insight installed and we have been very pleased. Great control from the IPads and Iphones.from music to home theatre to lighting with scene control,etc. The guys did a great job with the installation and we would certainly recommend them. Their goal is customization to meet your needs. The reviews are all good because they do what they promise and won't leave the job half finished. more

Audio/Video/Home Automation - New Construction Install 12/19/2011

We used Audio Insight for the wiring installation, audio and video hardware install and integration, and home automation in our new construction home. We found the staff to be extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the hardware and software of the systems installed and found their recommendations on hardware selection to be spot on with the best value for what we wanted to accomplish in our new home. This is a company we would contract to again without any hesitation! They provided excellent communication throughout the entire process letting us know status of the project and options for selections we needed to make. Many thanks for the great work! more

Audio Insight, Inc installed both a music system for the house (using Sonos) and a surround sound for my media room. I could not be happier with either one. The options of systems to get, the installation, the customer service and the enjoyment of using the systems is unmatched anywhere.
