I just recently took my car here like last week..to get a lock fixed. First of all they never give you a Audi as a loaner car. They always say that they are out of Audi loaner car...

Called on a car on autotrader and they said we have it so I drove there from Conroe, got there and they where very short not very helpful, then they say it was sold. So I drove back to Conroe from I 10 west...later I called again and they said they still have it..so I asked are your sure..then they finally said someone was looking at it..Really a messed up company...Wont try them again more

Unbelievably horrible 4/22/2011

Words cannot express how poor the quality of service at West Houston is. Not only is the staff (especially the service department guys) surly and unaccomodating, I have brought my new 911 in three seperate times (twice for the same issue) and every time they take at least one day to even look at the car, then two more to fix what should be simple issues. If it wasn't under warranty I wouldn't even think of taking it here, and now I will definitely be using another Houston location. Do not even wasting your time going here, it is awful more

Great experience. The sales person Tarek was fantastic. The manager Joel was very cooperative and helpfull. I felt absolutly no pressure from any body at the dealership.Indeeed, I bought two Audis a Q5 for me, and an A6 for my family. more
