Best People!! 5/24/2007

I hate getting my haircut, but in this salon, it's a real treat. Time flies by . Pam and Ray, owners of the saaalon, and the whole team are a real joy to be around. If you think you have read the news and understand the topics of the day, think again....here you will learn the inside story on everything and leave the saaalon with not only your hair but your mind and spirit in better shape. Great stylish haircuts. Pros: All staff have great, fun personalities; Stylish haircuts Cons: You'll never want to leave!!! more

Excellent place for Bridal Preparations! 4/5/2007

After being referred to this salon by a friend, I was not surprised to encounter friendly service from Jamie, the bridal expert! She helped me immediately, even though I was a few minutes early. I was impressed by her professionalism and experience, as well as her flexibility in scheduling me for a wedding day hair styling before the salon even opens! I'm really looking forward to working with Jamie on the wedding day! Oh yeah, and she also gave me a lovely haircut today! Pros: Parking, Complimentary Beverages, Staff is punctual Cons: Price, Tiny waiting area is tortue when the 'lingering husbands' have powerful cologne! more

Pam is just fabulous! She does a fantistic job finding the style, cut and color that match your personality, but best of all, you meet her for the first time and she makes you feel like you have known her forever!. You feel like you are her only customer and she got out of bed that day to make you feel wonderful! Being new to the area, I was very skeptical about finding and trusting someone as my new hairstylist. But I really found a jewel when I wondered into Au Courant. The reception staff is equally sweet and efficient and calls to remind you of your appointment the day before, (for we forgetful ones with busy schedules). Is a little pricer than I would like, but "you get what you pay for" Pros: Service, Parking, knowledge, Accomodating Cons: Little pricey more

A friend told me about Au Courant and after many disappointing haircuts elsewhere I finally went. They offer excellent customer service from the moment you walk in the door - hanging your coat, offering tea or coffee etc. Jamie cut my hair and she's fabulous. I'll definitely go back!!!!! more

wonderful stylist and salon 9/23/2006

Douglas does my hair. He gives a fabulous cut even on difficult hair, ie mine is very fine. He gets to know his clients and understands their life style and can recommend a hair style that would be appropriate for them. I highly recommend the salon and Douglas in particular. Pros: wonderful stylist Cons: small waiting area, but usually do not need to wait as they are on time more

Hair dreams come true 5/26/2006

Annie at Au Courant Hair design gave me hair extensions and I love them!! I wanted fuller and longer hair and didn't want to wait for my hair to grow! My friend had hair extensions done by Annie and I new that I had to have them done too!! Annie was able to use the best extensions on the market and make my hair look better then I could ever dreamed. Pros: profesional, Fun, Inovative more
