DISCUSTING PLACE 7/31/2007

EVEN AT A BUCK - THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED - I WOULD'NT WANT TO GO IF IT WERE FREE! By far the worst conditions of any movie theater I have ever been to! If you like roach poop in your popcorn - enjoy an unclean restroom and love sticking to unkown substances on your seats - then this place is for you. DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME! more

Great for second run movies, great bargin! 7/19/2005

Park Theater is an 11 screen cinema with an emphasis on the second run of hit movies. Just a few months after the mall and a few months before DVD you can see first rate movies at a fraction of the price. As of now it is 2.50 for all show , all times. The theater also has some history, according to the mural in the lobby, it was here that Walt Disney announced plans for the Central Florida attraction. The place is not the most modern up to date theater but is a great value and I have never seen it too crowded. more

Run down but cheap! 7/11/2005

Park Theaters has been around for a VERY long time. In fact, in the lobby there's a mural of Mr. Disney, and the caption states that he showed a movie previewing the park he planned on building in Orlando. The place is very run down, and some of the staff do not seem entirely happy that you are there. On the other hand, it is cheap. And they do not show exclusively Hollywood staff. Indeed, in the last few months they have shown such Indie movies like "Layer Cake" and "the Life Aquatic." more
