I brought several large items from ATL over the past few years for my company. When the owner called my store to ask a question, I asked him if he knew a good way to backup my system because it is old. He said he would stop in. He then came by and looked at my system. He was there for 10 minutes. Didn't fix anything. Only had a few suggestions. A week later I recieved a bill for $150. I couldn't believe it. I called the owner immediately and he was irrate, saying time is money and insulted me. I would never treat a customer that way and I will never use ATL again.
