My Husband and I ate there Dec.19, 2008, it was our first time, it was great. We even bought some gift cert for some friends and told them how good it was. We then went with some friends on Jan.10th 2009. it was a totally different story. We recommended the New York steak with the potatos to our friend, so he ordered that. He told the waiter I want my steak well done, black and burnt, no red meat whatsoever!! My husband ordered his steak med. the food came out, our friends steak was very red/pink inside cooked med-rare, he asked the waiter why is it so uncooked and asked for it to be cooked well done. Waiter took the plate then came back about 1 mintue or so later with the food and told him the plate was hot, my husband then ask if it was MICROWAVED the waiter said YES!! We couldn't believe it!! My husband ask for his steak to be cooked on the grill a little more...waiter came back saying ""here's your steak right off the grill"" one look at the steak my husband new it was not grilled and said ""this was pan fried!"" The waiter then told us we don't have a grill we only pan fry our steaks...again we couldn't believe what was happening! Our friends steak and veggies were now hard and dry, my husbands was still raw too.They didn't want to eat it anymore. We also had reservation for 8:15, we waited 45 min. the host didn't speak english very well. The waiter apologized he did offer another steak & to take it off the bill but that wasn't the point.., by this time it was almost 10pm, they should have made the correct way in the 1st place. We asked to speak with the Mang, he came over couldn't speak english either, didn't say much & told us he didn't know how things were cooked in the kitchen, this guy was wearing a waiter outfit, we asked his name & ask if he was the manager? seemed more like the bus boy, very disappointing. They should NEVER MICROWAVE FOOD!!! Its not frozen food!! We will NOT go back to this Rest...it's too bad cause I really liked it the 1st time.
Pros: could be a great restaurant, needs improvement in kitchen
Cons: they under cook steaks, then microwaved them, bad management, wait time with reservation too long
