I have used Aspen for years, both at the Union location and the Mark Dabling location. Sometimes mechanics make mistakes, but when they do, if a customer brings it to the attention of the management at these stores, they always listen and provide a fair response. I had work done once that was not originally listed, and when they asked for payment I noticed this and brought it up, and they didn't charge me for the parts or labor! As long as you know what is going on and are willing to bring any issues up, the management will work with you. Other places I have been to in the past, have not been so accommodating. I recommend this business for auto repairs whole heartedly!
