Very surprised by the negative reviews. This is my go-to sushi joint. It's not cheap, but I love their sushi. Immaculately packaged (including ice to keep it fresh) and always very very fresh. Their New York roll and Asukama roll are excellent, but frankly I've never had a bad piece of sushi from them. I've never ordered anything but sushi from here. Delivery is moderate (45m-1hr), not exceptionally fast. Price is high, but that's sushi. Frankly, if someone is selling sushi for cheap, I'm concerned.... more

Ordered dinner last night. Service was prompt and food was good. Order was a little larger than expected (we weren't sure if nigiri was one piece ea. or two - it's two). They did forget one item, but called right after the delivery (before we even noticed) and told us they would credit for the next time. more

This Sushi delivery outfit is only related to the restaurant on Wilshire. The owner Chef was formerly of Asakuma when that restaurant was originally owned by Japanese owners. He manages the 3 locations, splitting time between them. We've had family and friends order sushi for us and have been pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of sushi on various occasions. We've ordered sushi as well, and have gifted gift certificates too - makes for a nice gift. We've enjoyed the sushi, freshly made - although not the same as the experience in a restaurant. It's a nice step up from buying sushi in the market. So nice to be able to call in an order, and either have it delivered, or drive by and pick up. They do a nice job.
