I am a single mom with one vehicle that i depend on to drive my kids everywhere. After taking my car to a well known firestone, I was given an estimate for about $1500 worth of work, and told my brakes needed replaced all the way around. I was in shock. A neighbor of mine highly recommended taking my car to Arty's. I was truly impressed with the immediate friendliness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the shop. Then I met Art. He PERSONALLY looked at my car....I purposely did NOT show him my estimate, so I could get an honest evaluation. He was extremely nice, got me right in, and took the time to take me into the garage to show me my car with the wheels off. Told me my brakes were in good shape, I might consider replacing the front, but not for another 6, 000 miles, at least....recommended one belt, and to balance my tires to lose the vibration I was feeling in my steering wheel. I walked away with my car running beautifully, spending less than $100, and finding a mechanic FOR LIFE. Just went to Arty's for the first time a few weeks ago after getting completely frustrated with the local Dodge dealer. They were able to fit me right in and diagnosed the running problem with my Ram the same day. I wont ever go back to the dealer. They offered great service at better prices. I was referred to Arty's from AAA and from a neighbor. I went there last week for an inspection & some minor service. They did a great job and even topped off all my fluids. What I liked was they brought me out to the shop & showed me every problem with my car and told me what had to be done and some recommended work. I had the work done that was needed and some of the maintenance work. They did it in the time they said it would be & less than what they said it would be, because they gave me a discount for being a AAA member. I was pleasantly surprised. more

I had went to Arty's for a state inspection they were very thorough & brought me out to show me what was needed. I knew what it needed before I went. I went to Arty's today for an inspection, they got me right in with no appointment, and gave me a coupon for $39.99, that was really unexpected. I didn't need anything for inspection, so I had them service my transmission. They were professional & very courteous more

I was in great need of quick car repair, and after talking with AAA they directed me to one of their approved shops, Arty's Auto Service. As soon as arrived they treated me with the upmost repect and attention. The service there was outstanding. They broke everything down for me so that I could understand what the problem was, and how they were going to fix it. The costs were very reasonable for the work that was being performed. Not to mention how beneficial their courtesy shuttle was. That kind of service will keep me coming back to Arty's. more

The best shop I have been to. I have a 2003 dodge that I have had starting problems with, I already had it to the dealer where I spent over $900.00 on fixing this problem,that was still happening. I went to Arty,s yesterday & they found and really fixed the problem for under $200.00 & it is actually fixed. These guys Know what they are doing I will recommend them to everyone I know. more

I went to Arty`s last week,I was towed in from AAA they found the problem right away and had me back on the road the same day. My cars clutch failed, they replaced it right away and the price was over $120.00 less expensive than an neighborhood chain store. I would highly recommend them to anyone more

My entire family has been going to Arty`s for 8 years know. They have always taken very good care of my cars and trucks. I have been to other shops that are not as experienced or knowledgable, that guessed at repairs that did not fix the problem. Artys always test everything properly and give an accurate estimate, and fix it the first time. I wish more shops operated like them. more

I went to Arty`s for the first time today. I was treated very nicely & they went above my expectations. I needed to have my alternator replaced,it was $45 dollars less than everywhere else I called & they did it while I waited. They offered coffe a ride and were very explanitory.I was on my way in less than an hour. Very happy would recommend them to anyone more

This one the few AAA approved auto repair shops I have ever been to.My car broke down on the highway. I just moved in the area,so I asked the AAA tow truck driver where is the best garage around. He recommended Arty`s,which I was glad he did.The clutch went bad on my toyota,they quoted me a price, which i called around and checked,they were very competitive & completed the job the same day. Good: The owner is a Certified Master tech that actually diagnoses the cars & shows and explains what is needed to fix my car. There prices are very reasonable & repaired my car the same day for what I was quoted. I was pleasently suprised,I will be back.. Bad: nothing.
