My friend is too nice to complain, so I'm writing this on her behalf. Yesterday she went in for what was to be her 2nd fitting for her wedding dress alteration. The owner/tailor had forgotten the appointment (it was confirmed a week ago) and had done ABSOLUTELY NO work on it since the first fitting a month ago. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, first saying she forgot and then that her machine was broken. WHAT!? How do you operate a tailoring business without a working sewing machine? Needless to say a more qualified and trustworthy professional had to be found. If you need something done for a special occasion you are taking a huge chance with this woman.
