Music Store 12/28/2005

Artichoke music caters to the folk industry. They carry fine acoustic instruments and are very knowledgeable. They have a many types of lessons to offer and are fine teachers. There is a stage and back room where bands and individuals perform. Most of these require purchased tickets which can be bought at the store. I would highly recommend Artichoke Music if this is your type of venue. more

Fantastic place for those odd instraments! 8/10/2005

I have to say that I have never been to a music store like this one. They have such a variety of types of instraments, and you can pick up and play them all. It is a fun experience to go and try to play a digeridoo, or a hammer dulcimer. They're a little pricey, but a lot of these instraments are very hard to come by, so it's worth it. They also have a decent guitar repair shop as well! Check it out! more
