I had a bad experience at the Arrow Travel &Tours with the manager Shermela, after purchasing the ticket I got some questions and I called the agency to get the answer,so they connected me to the manager of the agency Shermela.She was very unprofessional because she found my questions and my accent funny,although she is a foreigner (In my opinion she is Indian she has her accent as well)she started to laugh at my accent and telling me that my English is not proper so I asked her to connect me to the manager who is higher then her on what she said that there was nobody higher then her she is the one in charge for everything then I asked for the owner of the agency on what she said that I don't understand her and have to study English, she was rude and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK THE TICKET WITH THIS AGENCY AGAIN EVEN IF IT'S FOR FREE.
