I freaked out, because I found a rip in the dress I was going to wear to my sister's wedding. There was a tear in the back, and I had to go to the wedding the following day. I asked if they could do it, and they assured me that they could. Thankfully, I came after work, and it was done! Thanks!!\r \r They did an awesome job, and was a lifesaver. more

I took my dress suit to shorten the sleeves and tapor the jacket. The tailor was absolutely fantastic! First, she measured how much needed to be fixed, then, I came and picked up the suit a week later, and ever since then, it has been my best suit! Everyone asks me where I got the tailoring, and I told them about this place. \r \r If you're looking for a good tailoring place, I would HIGHLY recommend Arrow. \r \r I've also tried their dry cleaning services many times, and I must say that they always do a great job. \r \r Go here!!!! :) Pros: quality care of clothing, service/staff, very timely more

i been going to them for acouple of years always very pleased with thier service and thier staff .i took a dress that had a nasty stain in in they removed it with no problem always on point with their service. love going there also because they provide tailoring and shoe repair which is awsome dont have to be running around to three different places getting down all one place. there tailoring done beatuifully as well there shoe repai awsome jobe cant even tell the difference and low prices for all the job its put into it. i recommend to everyone tocome here afforable prices, u get dry cleaning service as well tailoring and shoe repair.u cant go wrong there is no othere place. I was astounded by all the negative reviews, and I have to say that out of all the bad reviews, there is always a good one. I have personally decided to go to this dry cleaning because it was close to home and I've always liked the more homey stores. I took this dress of mine, which had a few wine stains on it, and asked for them to be removed. Wine stains, which I have tried to remove in the past and failed, had been removed completely by Arrow Cleaning. The results were great, I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning service and that's why I've returned to them ever since. I have to say, from my experiences, they have never failed me on getting my dry cleaning done properly and nearly to perfection; the prices have worked out for me, as they have always been reasonable. The couple who owns the store are also very nice and they always greet me and talks to me like we're old friends. I've only been a customer for just a little over a year, and I felt like we've known each other for longer! Overall I'm very satisfied with Arrow Cleaning. It's no doubt that I'll remain a loyal customer for years to come! more

I decided to try this place since it is close to where I work and it looks like a mom and pop type of place instead of a chain. I just needed a few alterations done on a couple of items. I brought my stuff in and the person there wasn't friendly, but I didn't really care. THen she told me to come back in TWO WEEKS to pick me stuff up. My jaw dropped but I figured, what the heck, I don't really need it right away. So, I go back two weeks later to pick my stuff up, again the service was horrible and I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting. THen the bill comes and its double what similar work has ever cost! I was blown away, being that this was a dirty little, no frills, mom and pop type place..... not to mention I've never even heard of a price like this. So I pull out my card and they tell me they don't take cards. I know they can afford a card machine based on their prices. That's when I hand over all my cash save $3 to by myself a vending machine lunch the next day. So I let the guy know what I think of his prices. He proceeds to tell me how his prices are justified based on the length of time the work took. I tell him he should then finder a tailor that works faster. I left and will not ever go back. I had some shirts taken in on the sides and they were not ready when they said they would be. I showed up and the guy said ""oh they're not ready yet."" Then I was like, ""you said it would be ready in a week."" Then he said, ""business days."" Sounded like a lame automatic excuse he normally gives, because I am certain he didn't say 7 business days, but rather in a week. Anyhow, in general I thought it was poor customer relations from start to finish. The times I called & came by he seemed to care less about the business I was bringing. And he kept on telling me to call the next day, like it was too much trouble for him to call me when the shirts were ready. Never again. Cons: unreliable & poor customer relations more

My order was not ready on time, and the staff never even bothered to say ""sorry"" when I called to inquire about the status of my order.
