terrible service department 4/10/2023

they had my car for 4 days and couldn't fix my headlight issue a month later I had an appointment for an oil leak at the oil pan, later that day they told me they wouldn't get to my car for 48 hours. i asked why didn't they make my appointment for 2 days later. Was told it doesn't work that way. called me back 1/2 hour later and was told to pick up my car they will not be working on it. Both issues were under warranty. seems they pick and choose. Rude also. more

I am not saying the dealership is bad in general, they just seem to have a few issues to work through to improve their service dept customer service. I am disappointed at the way this was handled and at this point will not return there for anything and will share my experience with anyone that asks. more

new Chrysler 300! 7/26/2012

I had an aunt who knew I was looking to buy a new Chrysler 300, but she also knew I had this misunderstanding for car dealers, much like lawyers. I just thought they couldn't be trusted. Well my aunt told me to talk to Mike Fallon. I did, and those assumptions were crushed. Well at least the car dealer part, lawyers I am still not sure I can trust. more

Arrigo Dealer in Palm Beach has great service when it comes to buying a used car or truck. They were beyond nice and were not pushy and bossy as some salesmen can be. They only showed what fit the criteria and budget. This dealer is worth trying first rather than hopping from dealer to dealer. more

Great Dealership 11/5/2011

My wife and I went to the West Palm Beach dealership on a Saturday, were able to purchase a new 2011 Dodge Avenger. The Salesman Frank was very helpful helping us go thru the sales process. The Finance Manager Jose very helpful guiding us thru the whole finance procedure. He explained all the paperwork to us and did rush at anytime. Just before we left with our vehicle we were set up for the first service on the vehicle. In all my years of buying new vehicles I was never as satisfied with a dealership more

I’m very pleased with Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. They make getting car loans in West Palm Beach easy. Their staff is extremely nice, very informative and they pay attention to detail. So if you’re not sure what car dealers in West Palm you want to check out I would strongly recommend this place. more

Pat Malloy and Wayne Ramdass worked with us and thanks to them we had a great experience at Arrigo. Pat worked around our schedule plenty of times and Wayne showed us around very kindly. Over all we had a great experience purchasing our new Dodge Caravan. more

If you need help in service & parts I suggest you see Greg Stamets, he's #1 at helping find any problem with your vehicle and solving the issue within a timely manner. If you need help in the Showroom buying or trading in your car, I suggest you see David Bean, he's #1 at helping you decide which car is best for you and that it fits your needs. And last but not least if you need you car striped I suggest you see John, he does an excellent job on my car and makes it stand out from the rest. incompetent 8/14/2005

I took in my Chrysler Voyager for a recall notice. When I got my vehicle back there was a moaning sound coming from my steering wheel. I brought the van back in and they told me nothing was wrong although there clearly was. They told me that my tires were under inflated and I needed an alignment. I've needed these before in the past with other cars and I don't ever recall hearing this particular noise, but I knew I needed the alignment so I got that done. Of course, it still made the noise. I won't be going back there again. I had Jupiter Dodge take care of this issue instead. They were able to fix this problem is 15 minutes. more
