Great experience\r \r I went to Arnella’s on a recommendation of one of my bridesmaids. I was impressed. Their collection is awesome. But what’s more endearing is how Tammy handles her clients. She is a really sweet lady. I tried on a few dresses and selected a beautiful Jasmine bridal gown in ivory. I felt like a princess. My mother and most of my bridesmaids too bought their dresses from here. My experience was superb. I felt relaxed while shopping here. There were no hurried salesmen to push you to buy something. And I got free alterations. more

High quality wedding dress\r \r I bought a traditional Casablanca gown from Arnella’s. It was beautiful and of high quality. My Mom too was impressed with this quaint shop and its collection. She too bought her mother of the bride dress from here. Tammy (owner of the shop) is a darling. She offered me free alterations. She is quite friendly and polite. Searching for my perfect wedding dress was easy and comfortable in her presence. more

Great service, quality dresses\r \r I wanted an elegant, classy wedding gown, something understated. No sequins and no bead work for me. I went to Arnella’s with my Mom. I got excellent customer service and help from the moment I walked into that bridal shop. I told Tammy what I was looking for and she showed me some of the most graceful wedding dresses that would look good on my body-type and allowed me the time to make my decision. Tammy is a gem of a person. She was polite and very helpful. And yes, alterations were done for FREE! My Mom got her mother of the dress from here. Best quality wedding gowns at affordable prices\r \r Finding a wedding dress that is just perfect is a huge, huge task. I had looked almost everywhere including Chinese websites that sell replicas of designer bridal gowns. Arnella's is Best. Tammy is a darling!\r \r I visited Arnella's on the suggestion of my bridesmaid. She had picked her bridesmaid dress here and wanted me to have a look at the bridal gowns. I wasn't expecting such huge collection of designer wedding dresses. Besides, Arnella's have the best staff and Tammy is so wonderful. I chose a Casablanca bridal gown. Alterations were done free. Happy with Arnella's \r \r I would recommend Arnella's to any bride-to-be. It is a little bridal shop in Butler, Pennsylvania. Tammy has an extensive collection of wedding dresses. Some other store was charging me heavy amount for alterations. But at Arnella's, I got my alterations done for free. Tammy is easy-going. She always responded to my calls. Even my mother-in-law got her gown from Tammy and was pretty impressed with her. \r \r Arnella's doesn't have that pushy salespeople kind of ambiance. I love the breathtakingly beautiful mermaid gown with scalloped neckline and hand-beaded bodice I picked up from an online bridal shop Arnella's. I am happy I got a genuine product. I have had a terrible experience with a bridesmaid dress I ordered from a website that sold Chinese products. It turned out to be a cheap replica. I still regret that purchase.\r \r Arnella's have a cool collection and genuine products. So you know your investment is safe, and you are not being duped. I fell in love with the dress the moment I saw its picture on the Arnella's web site. And its price was affordable too. I was extremely worried about buying a wedding dress. Shopping for my trousseau has always got me jitters. May be because I have horrible experiences of my friends. Crooked neckline, poor fabric and so on. I always had the nightmare what if the wedding gown doesn't turn out the way I want it to be. Pushy salesmen have always made me go nuts. Some of them were extremely gorgeous and their prices were surprisingly affordable. They were not very expensive and they were not cheap either like the dresses available at Chinese websites. When I began my trousseau shopping, I once thought of buying from some Chinese website. As these Chinese sites sell replicas of various manufacturers at a fraction of cost. But the good sense prevailed and I opted for Arnella's bridal shop. I have seen my friends buying from Chinese sites and regretting later. These wedding dress may cost less but their quality is cheaper and poorer.\r \r Anyways coming to Arnella's, this bridal store is a gem. They had a great collection of bridal dresses from different designers. And quality is superb without a doubt. At times, we think that high quality means costly. But that was not the case. I bought a gorgeous wedding gown embellished with rhinestones & Swarovski crystal with chapel length train at affordable price. Another good part of the Arnella's is that the people there are not pushy. They give you suggestions and let you decide. I am surprised I didn't know about this shop earlier. My bridal gown made me look like a princess!\r \r At times, when you expect the least from a certain thing or a shop, you get the best result ever. Arnella's bridal shop, this quaint little shop tucked away in Butler, Pennsylvania, had an exquisite collection of beautiful wedding dresses in various sizes and styles. I had shortlisted two wedding gowns. One was Forever Yours wedding dress and the other was Mary's bridal dress. Both looked good and I didn't know which one to pick. Since I have a short stature, the staff there suggested me to try Princess A-line Forever Yours gown with natural waistline as it made me appear taller. I paired my gown with a beautiful headpiece from Arnella's. I have to say, the staff was really sweet. My bridesmaids too got their bridesmaid dresses which matched with my wedding gown. I love my gown and I'm certain I looked liked a princess on my wedding day. Heard some great comments about it too from all those present. It was the best day of my life. more

Outstanding collection, great staff I didn't have much faith in bridal stores because the couple I went to earlier were forgettable experiences. But Arnella's proved to be different. I was dragged there by a friend who had bought her bridal gown from this store. Since its in Butler, I thought I might as well...... The moment I saw this Jasmine wedding gown I fell in love with the dress. But then, what you find awesome might not just be right for you. Arnella's staff are a real boon - they are so helpful and gave me such good suggestions over what would look good on my body type. After few consultations with Tammy - the shop's owner and now a great friend, I finally bought a gorgeous gown with cathedral length train. The bodice is adorned with elaborate hand-embroidered design and crystals. It was pleasant, easy experience at Arnella's. Their collection is outstanding. More remarkable is their service and helpful advice. I have to thank my friend Sarah for recommending me this wonderful bridal shop. more

I am a little cagey about big time bridal stores - they don't let you select in peace. And honestly, a high pressure sales team trying to talk me into buying something they want me to buy is the last thing I want. I know exactly what I am looking for and I need the space to decide on my choice. Arnella's bridal shop is the kind of ambiance I feel comfortable in. There are no impatient sales persons. I took my time to choose my bridal gown and was happy to be able to pick up a lovely mother of the bride dress for my mom. I must appreciate the shop's owner Tammy for her excellent help and assistance. I picked up a Casablanca wedding gown which had intricate lace and beautiful beadwork. Tammy and the staff were very supportive and offered some great practical tips. I must say, its a great place, with a responsive and non-pushy staff, awesome collection! more

I was tired of looking for a wedding dress. I had tried various shops but got frustrated. Mainly because most of the shop assistants were too pushy. This really irritated me a lot. Finally, on a recommendation of my friend, I visited Arnella's. The store owner- Tammy was very sweet. Best part was she explained to me what would look best on my body type. At last, I chose a ivory shade Forever Yours wedding gown. It looked breathtakingly beautiful. The price was just right! I just loved the gown the moment I saw it. And hats off to Tammy. Purchasing a wedding gown can be really stressful. However when I came to Arnella's, all my worries were put to rest. I bought a breathtakingly beautiful Casablanca bridal dress from them. They have the most exquisite collection of Casablanca bridal gowns in a variety of colors, beautiful designs and stunning styles. Best part was, the staff at Arnella's were not at all pushy. They gave me my own time to make the decision after consulting my friends and mom. I can't even describe the feelings when I tried on that Casablanca wedding dress. I just felt as if the wedding gown was made for me only. Not just me, even my mother got a fine Jasmine mother of the bride dress from there store. I was so happy with my wedding dress that I bought at ARnella's. Tammy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She knew just what I wanted and I was even able to buy right off the rack at a great price. My bridesmaids didn't want to even look anywhere else so they bought there too. Free alterations were a plus, but not everyone even needed anything done. Tammy was quick to return phone calls if I left a message. She was not high pressure. Just down to earth which I REALLY appreciated because I was nervous, first time with the wedding gown shopping. more

We have used Arnellas many times in the past with my daughters and have also sent many people to her over the years and will continue to do so. Our wedding last weekend was beautiful and all the dresses came from her. We did have stress over the delay in the dress arrivals but, I think that all the dresses were fitted and paid for in Feb except for one and that deposit wasn't made till May 11 and that delayed the order being placed. \r When the dresses did arrive, Tammy was nice enough to give us all the gowns even though some weren't fully paid for in order to get the last minute fittings taken care of. \r Any problems were out of her hands to control and I really appreciate her paying the extra money that she spent to get the dresses here on time .\r Thanks again for all the service and we also loved, loved, loved, Darlene who did the alterations. \r \r \r more

To the post with the bad review. I was in that same situation, in fact i believe the same wedding because i am pretty sure i know who wrote that, and that is not all the truth. Arnellas bridal did a wonderful job with our dresses. Yes they were late to come in but that is a RISK you take with ANY store you order a dress from. The real reason why the dresses for the wedding i was in, (which i still believe is the same one) were late was because one of the ""attendance"" never went to get fitted until may 11th which means their deposit was never payed until then. Like any other business owner most people will not place an order without a downpayment being given to the business owner. The dresses were supposed to be ordered in FEBUARY!! common sense huh yeah i think so. In all the times that i have used arnellas bridal for dresses i have NEVER experienced Tammy being rude to any of us. When the dresses are ordered unfortunally it is out of her control until they come in. She has never ever shown any signs of being psycotic, and as i plan my own wedding i guarantee she's going to be the one whom i order my own dress and my bridesmaid dresses through. I think it shows a really trustworthy person for her to even have given the dresses to the bridal party that i was in with money still being owed on some of them. Her husband did inform us when Tammy was unable to of the status of the dresses, but thats way better than just not hearing anything at all. Anyones medical problems is nobodys business but their own, not cool to post something like that, its a real shame to not be truthful on something like this. i give a definite 5 stars to this business owner, and i will continue to give her my business throughout the next few years in my wedding and any friends weddings i will be honored to be in.
