Have always used Az. Maint. Service and have always been very pleased. The quality of workmanship is terrific, prices are fair and they are very reliable. I'd feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family. John Surakus is a real Pro. I was very happy with his service. more

I contacted Arizona Maintenance Service on Tuesday for some work to be done in my home and they responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled for the next day. Patrick did an awesome job. He was efficient, showed up early, and I paid less than the estimate. I will definitely use them again in the future! more

We had AZ Maintenance come out after our usual handyman bailed three times They were referred by a neighbor Patrick was a pleasure to have in our home He did the work needed while respecting our house He was tidy and leaned up well He is a fun guy and we had lost to talk about He loves football and we are like minded on other topics! We will definitely use AZ Maintenance again and will request Patrick HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP AND WAS ON TIME Thanks to TH our neighbor for the referral more

Great job 8/29/2019

We had new sliding doors installed and we needed to replaster around the doors. WE had a tight timeline and AZ Maintenance represented by Patrick Dorsey was hired . He did a great job and even came back Saturday to finish the job. All work was done well . more

Patrick did a terrific job repairing a bathroom wall and replacing damaged baseboards around tricky bullnosed corners. He is an excellent repairman and we will want to use him in the future as matters definitely can be expected to arise in our 18 year old house. more
