I am angry with myself for not thoroughly checking out this company before I spent an incredible amount of money on a sectional and chair. I guess I thought this was a high end company with great service and prices to match. I am not sure on what I based these opinions. DON'T be fooled by prices... expensive doesn't not mean great service in this case. I can relate to many of these comments.... I am waiting, waiting, waiting.... for our furniture. It took a long time to get waited on, and then when we wrangled a sales person, she was wonderful... spent nearly an hour helping us finalize our purchase. And, then.... NOTHING. I did not receive follow up, information, details, etc. I have had to initiate every thing on our end. More than 8/9 weeks after we gave them enough money to take a great vacation or add a room onto our house, I call them to check on the order status..."oh, part of your order is in, when would you like it?" This after calling several times to inquire as to the delivery details throughout the past couple of months, I was assured that the order would be monitored and I would be notified. I told the person on the phone I would wait for my sales person to call me about delivery (she was unavailable) and to let her know that I called to inquire and found out my order was partially in. . Anyway... I waited another five days to have my sales person call me about it... nothing. This is what I get for trusting someone to keep their word when they have thousands of my dollars. Anyway.., called the manager just to share my experience and tell her my disappointment... her response: I am not sure what it is you would like me to do. I said, I just thought you might like to know my experience as your customer. That's all.... hmmmm, apparently not.
